Went there at 10:00 A.M. when the place was to be opened at 8:00 A.M. and no one was there. Had a very hard time getting my car off tow dolly ( my hands don't work very well.) If the owner is the only one working, there then U-Haul in opinion should stop working with him. If owner can't be there then there should be someone else there to help YOUR customers because that reflects on the U-Haul Comp. If I need U-Haul again I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE for service.

I was charged for two days of service when I only had the truck 24 hours. I was then charged $20 for a cleaning fee! The truck was spotless and we filled the gas tank over what was owed. I'm very disappointed on these extra add on charges and feel they are inaccurate. Thanks Melissa Nikoden
melisa nthe processing takes a while before you even get the truck but overall good but beware they charge alot for per mile cheaper to rent during the week
Joseph DMy reservation had been corrupted through call center contacts. Drake's was unsble to resolve these issues, but facilitated the rental transaction satisfactorily.
Preston GYour computer system made picking up the truck a very long process. We were at the pickup location for 45 minutes. That is a complete waste of time

Paul NThe inside of the trailer was dirty and the WiFi was not working to get the proper paperwork. Thank God for email's. But other than that uhaul employee was professional explaining all the details. Thank you U-Haul for allowing me to rent your trucks in past and trailer in the present. Always my uhaul.
Daisy RRentor was spectacular. Truck was a worn out with high miles only part that wasn't damaged was the box itself. Transmission was slipping. Rentor was wonderful and was very helpful but since it was the only 26' in whole area I took it only drove 15 miles total. So it worked out just fine.
David PGoogle has the wrong address. It took me 16 miles away from the correct address. It was very upsetting because it added mileage and money owed to the rental. Please work with Google to straighten this out!!

Angela MAfter picking up the u-haul in Sugar Notch and driving it to Forty Fort, the truck was loaded and packed to go. We drove to turkey hill to put gas in the tank because it was given on almost E. The fuel sprayed everywhere and we noticed that the line was completely severed. We sat at Turkey Hill for 2 hours before help came and the truck had to be towed to my home I was moving to. We unpacked it and it was towed away an hour later. I feel it was poor service for my credit cars to be charged after such a fiasco for mileage. I would like to speak with a representative and I will be fighting the bill. Never using u-haul again.
