The only issue was the pads we received were in a heap pulled from another trailer. They were not clean. I had to sweep out the trailer and shake out the pads before we used them and I still hesitated as they had stuff all over them. The two guys that helped us at Drays were great however.

The only problem I had, was afraid to leave the equipment, because no one was there on Sunday afternoon, due to weather, and I had to keep the car dolly till the next day to turn it in and it cost me another day of no fault of my own. it would be great if I could get that money back for that day. You can call the place and they will tell you they were closed for bad weather purposes, so it was not my fault. I did not want to take chances leaving it without it being secure and someone come along and take it and I be held responsible.

The guy on the phone was nice and helpful. Truck wasn't as clean as expected. There were food wrappers behind the seats and dirt on the floor and seat. Did not get to rent it as long as expected.

Everything was great with the customer service the uhaul rep was excellent. The only bad thing was the condition of the trailer, it was filthy. It was covered in mold and leaves.

Walter was very helpful - was on sight when I arrived. I did not have someone drop me off, so I had to park my truck. I ended up parking in a church lot that indicated 'no parking'. I did not feel good about leaving my vehicle.

I was a little surprised when I first arrived and no one was there. I called the owner and he talked me through the process and I was on my way. Had a good trip and there was someone there when I returned the pickup truck.

I reserved the truck online at 10. It was not at the location I requested at 12, the scheduled time. No one called to tell me it was 15 min away at a different location. The other location was a bad part of town. No one was there. The guy argued with me over how much gas was in the tank. Overall, a bad experience. The truck ran well and got good mileage. Thanks

I just want to give a huge thanks for having something available last minute & working with me since there was a confusion with the original reservation. I was able to bring $1700 worth of supplies down to the people of Panama City (including my parents), thanks for the cargo van. If I ever need something of that size again, I’ll definitely be giving you a call!

I thought I was charged for the rental that day, Friday, on Monday I received a notice that I was charged again. I though someone had stolen my credit card and cancelled it. It was not explained to me that the charges were pending and the charges were for University U-Haul which doesn’t exists in my hometown. Sorry for the confusion if I owe you any money I’ll be glad to pay but the rental place I had to go to was not in the nicest part of town.

This was just such a fun & accommodating place. I will definitely rent again & recommend it to others. The only thing I would change is advertise more. When I looked up U-haul on Google you weren’t listed. We were sent over from the store on Skyland, who only had 1 person working, & I’m so glad they did.

When we got to the location, nobody was there. Another customer was waiting. I called the number on the sign and a guy answered. Proceeded to do the entire transaction over the phone. Then told me what truck number to look for. Door was unlocked and keys were behind the seat. My husband found an empty cigarette carton and pack in the cab of the truck.

I provided new payment information when I picked up the truck. For some reason that new information was not used. The result was the account which was used to reserve the truck; but was not to be used to pay for the rental, was shorted causing me overdraft fees. I contacted U-Haul to find out why the new payment information was not used as per my request. I was assured someone would be contacting me to fix the issue no one ever did. To add insult to injury I received a bill for a toll fee saying I owe them more money. I would not recommend them if they can't get basic payment information correct, and make things right when they make an error.

It was easy to find. It was not what I expected on the inside. There were no signs or any instructions. The gentleman at the desk was nice, and it was very quick. The truck was DIRTY when I got in it. I am a dude and normally don't notice or care, but this was bad enough where I actually made a comment about it. This looks like a very low cost operation (capital intensive I am sure with all those trucks I suppose) but you aren't obviously investing much in overhead. Clean the vehicles.

We were charged double rate for a 24 hour rental. The drop off location was closed (gates were locked and no one answered the door or phone) when we returned the trailer and no one was there to check that the equipment had been returned. This business does not keep Sunday hours. We were told this when we picked up the trailer. The employee told us that the gate would be unlocked so we could leave the trailer. They were locked Sunday. None of our phone calls were returned either. My husband had to drive the trailer to another drop off location because he did not want to leave the trailer outside of the gate. The representative with U-Haul's 1-800 number instructed him to leave the trailer unattended at the original drop-off location, so it was. We never talked to any employee at this drop-off facility, and were not given any receipts or paperwork. Dray's Detailing then decided to file an unauthorized charge on our credit card. My husband went there to have it corrected and an employee lied and said he was there on Sunday and that we were late turning the truck in. My husband had tried to return the trailer on time, but the facility was not open (as stated above). The employee was very rude and said "call 1'800 go uhaul. you gotta do what you gotta do." Then I contacted the business in writing explaining the situation. The message I received in return was "we have surveillance cameras and can see you turned it in late. have a blessed day. call 1'800 go uhaul." I'm glad that you do have surveillance cameras. They will show that we were on time, and that the business was closed. It's a shame you have people like this representing your company. I am following up with your 1-800 number and this needs to be corrected immediately or I'm filing a charge-back with my credit card company for this fraudulent activity.

The representative was not present, and checked me out to the wrong truck originally, so I had to switch. Then he told me when I returned that he had put me in the wrong truck anyway. The truck had almost no fuel left in it when i got it, and the pickup process was an incredible hassle.

I got a call the morning I was scheduled to pick up the truck an hour and a half before my pick up time telling me that what I had scheduled (and confirmed verbally on the phone two times prior and received a confirmation text and email) was not available. I had already arranged for movers to come to move me out at the set time. The closest truck was an hour away and I had already been on the phone with Uhaul for two hours trying to sort out the situation. I lost the movers that were supposed to come to move me out and had no way of moving my stuff. Luckily, a man by the name of Walter saved the day and helped us sort out the problem. He refunded us for our trouble and also left a very apologetic voicemail. I do say the four times I had to call customer service and the scheduling committee, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant!

We have rented U-Haul truck for 20 hours from Friday 3 pm (July 6th, 2018) to Saturday 11 AM (July 7th). We have returned at 2 PM on Saturday. But on the receipt it is mentioned returning time as 4 PM. U-Haul rental location has charged us next day rental, insurance plus $50 as a cleaning fee. The truck was returned in very good Condition. No need for cleaning. When i asked the U-Haul rental rental place, they told me $50 was charged as inconvenience fee. I request you to resolve the issue.
