Good truck! The best service!
mARGARET SI had a very pleasant experience renting a U Haul yesterday. Staff was very professional and very helpful.
bradon wThe attendant was extremely helpful. He helped me get complete my reservation, and adjust my mirrors before leaving the lot.
Alejandra CI made this reservation a few months in advance, which included a dolly. When we got there on move out day there was no dolly in the truck (we were not charged for it). No other nearby U-Haul or non-uhaul locations had dollies available to rent that day so we were forced to make due without it. I would have been more understanding had it been a last minute reservation; however, given I made the reservation in advance, all supplies absolutely should've been available. And if they weren't available, I should've been communicated with in advance so I could've planned accordingly,

Robin GRented a 10' truck.. Air conditioning was ice cold.! Super fast for pick up, drop off , and email receipt. Friendly and took less then 10 minutes and I was already on the road. Pricing was fair. I only moved to storage, but when I buy my house in next few months I'll be back .

STANLEY CI did a mobile pickup and there weren't clear instructions provided on how to actually access the vehicle. It took me 20 minutes calling, waiting on hold, and dealing with app issues to actually get it. The rep I spoke with said she'd credit me for my inconvenience, but didn't seem to remember.

DOCTOR DStan was very friendly and got me going very quickly with no notice. The one thing I would say is there seemed to be a lot of cars there that didn't have anything to do with Uhaul, so parking is limited. I would come back and recommend though.

jonathan rStan was THE BEST! He came out to help us and made the process go so smoothly! He was more worried about our safety than the late time, which really helped out our situation. I will definitely come to this spot for all of my U-Haul needs. Stan deserves the biggest raise because he is so good of a person and was super helpful for the whole process. We love Stan!!!

Kira G1) the location looked like Sandfred & Son Junk Yark 2) went into a double entry tin building to find someone to help me (no sign) 3) in Austin, Texas the temp was 103. Waiting room was 99. 4) the lady reenter my reservation into her screen again..(?) 5) as she explained the rules, she asked if I had any questions ? I stated yes, I am getting a rental with a AC ? She looked at me then looked away. ... June 30th was 102° ... the cab of the truck was 110,°. I turned on the motor, and AC ... the AC never worked ! ... so disappointed I U-HAL. Larry SThis place should not be used as a Drop Off Location. The service was really poor being right next to a very busy road that led to an airport. The service agent was not any source of information and kept on repeating that all of my concerns were simply reported.
Stephen FStan was great! He made the experience very smooth and easy as a first-time UHaul renter. I would rent from here again if Stan were to be there.

Jonathan RWhat a great experience! I booked a 10' truck the day before and this location had one available, with the equipment that I needed (moving dolly, furniture dolly). I was prepared to do the check-in on my phone when I arrived, but the man in the office kindly checked me in, which was a breeze. The staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this location!

Kristina HThe pickup location had very courteous and attentive staff willing to arrive early and assist us with our rental pick up. The only thing really warranting negative critique is the establishment itself. It appeared like it could use a renovation.
Zackery CI was already sad because my father just died and we had to empty his apt. My uber driver to the uhaul was rude. But Stan at Uhaul had no idea about any of this. He came out to my car gave me a super friendly welcome and helped me with my bags. His incredible smile and sincere demeanor instantly put me at ease. He talked to me and calmed me down, without even knowing how much pain I was in. He then helped me out with my bags, went over the truck with me and made sure my mirrors worked. He really helped me that day.

Bryan RIt's a very small location with limited parking and a small wooden shack for an office. The man at this location was very helpful though! He was very efficient and I had my 15' truck in short order and was on my way.

Logan GThey were wonderful! Both people I interacted with were great and stayed to help when Uhaul dropped the ball. Uhaul made it really difficult to use the app based pick up. Like needing to call a 3rd party to verify my identity?! That doesn't even make sense. I could give you anyone to lie confirming it. Extremely frustrating. Thankfully the guy at the pick up location was able to do your job for you.

David OVery friendly and helpful staff/owners. Your U-Haul phone App is TERRIBLE. Many functions- particularly the camera function for pics did not work on my phone.
