The manager is hard to reach by phone & he did not know when I dropped the key in his dropbox; I took the truck for less than 24 hours, but he asked me if I had it till the other day. He is a nice guy but hard to reach - mailbox is not set up.

I was overcharged. I was charged for insurance even though I declined it, and I was charged a $25 cleaning fee that was not in my online estimate. I agreed to pay $19.95, .79 per mile, and tax. The charge was disappointing.

Both the place I wanted to pick up and drop off were not available, but I wasn’t informed of that until the day before. It added cost and confusion to the trip. Also there was no one at either location and I specifically picked places that were staffed at the times I wa picking up and dropping off. Disappointed.

I was charged $5.00 for pads but was never asked if I needed them. They were secured in the the truck along with a 2 wheeler but I did not use them or the cart.

The store was not open when we arrived. There was a sign on the door with the store owner’s name and phone number and there was a drop box. The drop box had instructions that my phone wouldn’t allow me to do. It was very stressful and I didn’t know leaving the truck there if everything would work out or not. I would not recommend this place for Uhaul drop off.

The business had a hand written sign on the door that said “be right back.” They were not right back. We waited about 30 minutes before giving up on them returning. We ended up doing the online rental and pickup. It just wasn’t as smooth of a process as renting from the Ace in town. When it came time to return, the guy working had no idea how to help us with the return.

I was really quite pleased. I guess if I was to be extremely picky, I would like to see the edge of the property where the trucks were parked a little cleaner. This is also the responsibility of the customers who through plastic bottles beside the rental trucks. It makes it hard on the owners. Thanks.

Returned truck with more gas than I started with and got stuck with 20 dollar refuel fee. Will never use this dealer again. My last experience was very pleasant even got refunded a bit. This one was shady from the start because my mobile pickup got canceled for no apparent reason so I had to go in his office which just happens to be a used car dealership. What better way to sell your cars than to piggy back off of Uhauls customer base. Bad business and Uhaul should reconsider his license to sell their product.

Arrived at time that was discussed on the phone with the location to find no one there. Called number on door and Steve said he was 25min away! I had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to arrive. This put me even further behind on time since the first location I reserved called to tell me they didn’t have the equipment I had booked.
