I called twice to confirm my reservation. I was told yea we will have a 15' truck available. I called on Friday while driving to pick up the truck. I had said 4 and it was 4:15. I am glad I called because they were closing early at 4:30. I got the truck but truck was not in good condition. It was burning oil, brakes were grabbing, and accelerating was horrible It was very jerky..
Barbara R.My first encounter was with your OFallon Mo location on Highway K. I put my reservation in 2 weeks prior to picking up my truck. When I got there on Friday to confirm and pay and pick up supplies they did not have my truck there and informed me I would need to pick up at St Charles . That was the poorest customer service. The man there said they didn't have the man power to go get a truck to make sure the customer had it. WHAT??!! You are going to tell me that in 2 weeks uhaul cannot find a truck and have it at the location requested for pickup??!! Unacceptable!! Instead I had to drive 30 miles to pick it up. Taking 2 hours out of my time of packing etc to go chase down my own truck?? Again Unacceptable, he said well they called that day, yes, the day before pickup, and still couldn't have a truck there. Unacceptable customer service. However the young man in St Charles was very sympathetic to my issues and did give me extra miles and another day. That I was very grateful for. And Larry also at the uhaul hotline was very sympathetic and made sure I had all I needed. BUT, the one in OFallon is horrible and have lost my business. And I will not ever send another person there. We have used them before and never had any issues, this was terrible and the poorest of poor customer service

Roni L.I am being charged 3 times the mileage I drove. I drove the uhaul truck 19,1 mile to my unit, 19,1 miles back and 0,1 mile to my home from the uhaul facility. Initially agreed on a 40 mile trip but my receipt is calling over 120 miles! I have no issue paying what was agreed on but I refuse to be robbed

The moving was hard to do without others dolly I reserved and did not received. I will think about use another time uhaul services.

Beth D.I dropped off after hours, so I only interacted with personnel when I called before to ask about after hours drop off and where to park the truck. Dan was extremely helpful. The after hours drop experience with UHaul's website was horrible because the site didn't work and kept making me start over. All the picture requirements was ridiculous too.

THEADORE L.I returned the trailer 2 days early, on Thursday 7/15/21, and I received an email receipt for an additional $21. I spoke with the office and they told me it would be corrected. I will now have to make sure my Mastercard is credited days/weeks from now. I was not handed a receipt or any documentation when i dropped it off. Loosely ran!!

RAUL L.What a sketchy place! Looked like a junkyard. I had to drive around a bunch of wrecked cars to find a place to park the truck. Even after putting 18gallons of gas to fill it back to the level it was when I picked it up (3/8), they charged me for more gas. The worst rental experience I ever have had with UHaul.
