I did like the locaiton because its close to me. Just a couple things i wanted to mention. 1. The person did not give me my 10 dollars in pads/blankets. There was no place to request a 10 dollar refund on the app on the phone. When i got into the site to give the keys back.. he said he could have removed it if i had not performed the return on the app. I would like a refund for that $10 since i was never provided these and by the time i realized they had not put them in the truck i was already 1/2 way thru my trip. Otherwise.. maybe the truck could have been a little cleaner, but it worked well. Thank you SO much for the reverse camera in the rear view mirror.. great safety feature i will tell friends about.

Rep complained about how he only gets $10/ day to have the trucks park and for that he only hands out keys. He never went outside to check the truck with me.

The person handling rentals (the owner I think) was struggling to get rentals processed. He kept mentioning how little UHaul paid him for each rental as if it wasn't even worth his time. He failed to come outside and check equipment and even be sure I took the right equipment. No safety check either. I won't be back I was forced to go there by a UHaul scheduling change, after making my reservation a week in advance at a location that was "guaranteed and closest"- this place was neither

Once I received the van I had to put air in the front left tire. I put 5,5 gallons of gas when returned which is more than I used and was charged $7,88 for 2 gallons of gas. I have been trying to call the location I rented from to get a refund, but they do not answer the phone.

owner did not seem to care trailer lights were not hooked up to vehicle. plugs for lights should be updated for newer vehicles. If i purchase adapter what am i going to do with it .in future unless i rent all the time. i do not have money to waste

New store owner. Nice guy but really doesn't understand the full details of a rental. Everything went okay. I went the day before because I had a rental when the store was closed. That and watching the 24/7 pick up and return video helped. Had a little issue with getting the code but it was my fault and closed out of the app and couldn't get back in. Call the customer service 24/7 number cleared it up quickly.

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had with uhaul from the pick up to the drop off.

The gentleman at Dublin hardware had no idea what he was doing and held us up an additional twenty minutes. He kept indicating that I made the error because I reserved it under Jim and my husband's name on his license is James . He called someone and they told him this is an on going issue with him. That he doesn't know what he is doing. When I told him the name shouldn't matter he lectured me about being rude. I was frustrated but definitely not rude. Dublin hardware should not be renting UHAUL trucks if they have no idea what they are doing. We will never go there again!

This location has no idea what is going on. I was charged for moving blankets that I never received. There are absolutely zero positive reviews to say about my experience.

It took him 20 minutes to find the key! Was trying to do res on his phone and total took about 40 mins. All other locations I use have me in and out in less than 5 mins.

Registration process is cumbersome and time consuming. Materials requested were unavailable at the site. Request for additional names and info in addition to driver was a pain.

The owner was rude and poorly organized. The service was horrible… he appeared to know absolutely nothing about how to rent the truck. I will go to Home Depot next time
