GPS took me to a road that runs parallel with the one the store was located on. Certainly not anything that was UHaul's responsibility, I called and Jennifer easily explained where the location was.

Please remind the staff (owner?) about COVID-19, social distancing, and the need for a mask. Also, I would have appreciated if she installed the trailer onto my hitch rather than asking me to do it. I would have also appreciated the ability to troubleshoot wiring and hook up issues, without the need to call another person to come.

Rented online for Sunday p-up but went by location on Saturday. The woman was rude plus I rented an appliance dolly but a utility dolly was in the back of the truck. Charged me for it but not what I needed or ordered. Major inconvenience. I could have made other arrangements to have one.

I paid for moving boxes, but they were not in the truck when I picked it up. The pickup location was not open, so I couldn't get the boxes. I called uhaul and was told that I could go to the other uhaul location and get the boxes, but when I went there, they did not have them. I am very frustrated that I didn't get the boxes that I paid for.

Although the location was closed, the UHaul web page walked me through the turn in procedure (pictures of equipment inside and out, parking location, GPS acknowledgement of location) was fantastic. I felt comfortable returning the equipment even though no one was on-site thanks to the info UHaul collected from me at turn-in.

I was told and have in writing that I'd be paying extra milage in miles. When I got to the drop off they cashed me in kilometers at same 0,4 rate.. straight up bulk shit scam... Indian behind counter acted like a complete idiot saying they're measure in kilometers.. fuck u haul

I'm totally dissatisfied with U HAULS decision to change my drop off point at the last moment to Dublin. I have filed a complaint with your service representations. I had to drive 45 minutes to drop off the trailer.

I did not know to schedule a drop off. This location was away from my destination. The attendant was kind and helpful. No problems. Appreciated her help and ease of return.

Went to another location, First Stop Auto Sales, 4676 Cleburne Blvd., Dublin, VA 24084, 540-674-4214...We pulled in, and before we could even get out of our truck to go into the office a guy at their office yelled over to us that they didn't take any of the auto transports like we had rented. Told us to take it down the street to Town Center Storage 101 Town Center Dr., Dublin...they had closed already. Luckily I found the nice lady not too far away that took it back with no problems at all.

This was one of my easy and best moves. The lady at Dublin storage was just great. If all U-Haul employee are like her, you have the best moving company.
