Since this location is a gas station and convenience store personnel can't leave the store to assist unloading a trailer. I had to ask another customer to assist me. Additionally the computer system was not working properly so the drop off took close to an hour. The person who assisted me was kind and apologetic and made the necessary contacts to her supervisor and even she said, “this should be simpler. I've never had this much trouble before.”

The person checking me in had not been properly trained in using the U-haul software, she was able to call in her supervisor, and corrected the issue. She worked hard to help, better training would have helped

The gal that checked us in was running the convience store, making pizzas and taking care of Uhaul customers. She did a great job, but the owners need to have additional workers.

Had to speak to owner of the service station to complete rental and he was in bed (8 AM and rental was reserved so he knew someone was coming in). I had reserved on-line and filled out all necessary information however, I had to repeat everything to the sleepy owner on the phone. It took 30 minutes to complete the rental procedure. Unacceptable. Person working at station just a cashier. The truck sounded like a semi and was so loud that for my entire 2 1/2 hour trip I could not hear the radio.

Uhaul rep was not on site when I returned the truck; cashier took the keys but could not leave the cash register to inspect and recover the truck.

Chris went the extra mile in getting the trailer returned. You need more like him.

For one thing they didn't get a hand cart that I ordered and was charged.

This is a new location apparently and did not know what to do. It took an extremely long time to get everything ready before I could leave with the truck.
