My experience with the personell of this office was perfect, they were fast to communicate, curteous, made sure i understood everything, and even communicated with me after hours/over the weekend to ensure my Monday morning pickup went smooth. I will for sure rent from this location again, and will suggest others i know to do the same. This is how customer service should be.

Catherine MRecently rented 2- 26ft trucks and 2- 12 ft trailers and took a trip down to southern Alabama and back to Kentucky! Justin Hawkins at Central city 1 stop Uhaul made the process as easy as possible. Always there to answer every question and the pick up and drop off is always staged and ready to go! The trucks are always immaculately clean and taken care of. He even checks in with how the trucks are doing while we have them rented!
