I parked in the same place i picked up (I have pics), One of the "employess" wanted me to park it somewhere else keep in mind this is a 26ft truck that is hard to park, they tell me there going to charge me an additional 2 days if i do not move it. When i go in to pay the person at register tells me that they cannot take my payemnt. At this point the guy outside begins to be rude and vulger when i start to record. I move the truck to the desired location. I wanted to pay with different Card than i had in the morning because the guy was new and did not know how to pay with the card i had done the reservation. Employee Continues to be rude chew tabacoo because ''its his store and he can do whatever he wants and he does not a care about customers" they want to charge me for fuel which they did (i also have pics showing truck was not full at time of pick up it matches the milage at the start) After everything was taken care of he was decling my card on purpose (the card has a large amount that cannont be maxed out at a uhaul store) Employee was very vulger and rude throught process i recoreded everything on my phone this service is not to be tolerated i will post video online to show what type of customer service this uhual location provides.

When I returned truck/equipment the gentleman behind the desk yelled at me for parking in front on the store. “You are supposed to park in the back and bring the dolly/ pads to the front”. No one told me to do that. He said “Yes we did”!! Reminded him he was not the gentleman that service me when I rented the equipment and not told that.” I mentioned to him I folded all the pads but couldn’t find the bag. Said “That’s your problem not mine we gave you a bag so you will have to pay.” So rude and unprofessional. Said “we don’t care. We get paid you pick up equipment you bring it back and You follow rules.” The most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had in my life. Gave me a sob story about all the people that left the truck in front of the store and he had to drive each one to the back of the building. Was that supposed to get him brownie points? And feel bad for him? Thumbs down for this location and unprofessionalism. Will never ever ever ever ever ever ever work with Uhaul again. especially this location! Sorry to inconvenience you Uhaul and your $400 that you charged me and additional charges that were unjustified I am fighting now!

I picked the truck up this morning and it worked great for our move, however, when I went to refill the truck with gas I realized it took 10.6 gallons of fuel to refill the tank. I only drove the truck 50 miles so even though the gauge appeared full when I got the truck, it obviously wasn’t completely full. I should have only had to put in about 5 gallons and maybe I should have stopped the pump but I was trying to do the right thing. The location was courteous when I returned the truck and explained this but said my only recourse was to call the 800 uhaul number and try to work it out. I didn’t get a receipt at the gas pump because I had already hit the no receipt button. It probably cost me about $14 more than it should have because I filled it up more than the last person.
