Other than it was opened 15 minutes later than it says online. The guy there was nice and helpful.

Very hard to find. In a strip mall with 10 other little stores and poorly marked. The location smelled funny, had weird rythmic music playing, and the clerk was unfriendly. Truck was parked in a small little alley by a dumpster and was hard to back up without hitting the dumpster or other cars. Also, the truck seat had something sticky on it.

This location is run down and trashy. And, your website and text I received to contact the dealer both showed phone numbers that were wrong -- the number was not in service. The dealer said he had told U Haul but the error was not corrected. Finally, this was not my requested pickup location. I simply do not understand why with today's technology you accept reservations at a location without available equipment.

Reserved my uhual at 12:20, arrived to pick up my uhual at 12:45 and sat outside of the locked doors until 2:00pm. The salesman joked & said I should’ve called the location”. Sad thing is I called over 10 times while waiting in the hot sun with my movers. At the end comepleting my order he printed out the wrong paperwork and had to re-do it which meant longer waiting time. The location that I was scheduled to be at actually closed while I was trying to rush out there due to me being scheduled to pick up my items at 2:00pm. Needless to say I drove 50miles for NOTHING. When I arrived back to drop off the uhual I had a total different price due than what I was initially charged, which wasn’t a problem but I was told at the beginning of the transaction that $100 would be put on hold in which it wasn’t. I was charged $58(and cents) and was told I owed $87 when I arrived back.. HORRIBLE service PERIOD!
