This location was quite dirty and the cashier wore no mask without any plastic screen or method to protect himself and customers during a pandemic.

Truck was dirty and smelled of smoke. Location of pick up/drop off was a little sketchy. However, we only used it a few hours to take stuff to the dump so it worked for our needs. Would like to see more locations in the area offer the pick up truck option.

Worst experience ive ever had with a rental service company. I had a 1PM appointment and showed up 10 minutes early to just check in and make sure all was well to go... the guy for uhaul wasnt even there...he had went to lowes the grocery store clerk told me. I waited until probably 110 and he finally showed up...came running in.....in shorts a torn shirt dirty and raggy looking ( i understand some people cant buy as nice clothes or whatever but come on) anyways......so we went through the process to check out the truck after he asked me if i was waiting on him or just hangin out....so i get in the truck and its filthy...covered in bird poo a BB gun shot hole in the front window bed full of dirt and debris and the inside floor boards were full of dirt. Not to mention its parked right infront of someones dog that was growling and lunging at us by the fence i had to walk right beside to do the truck check ( i didnt look inside of truck before i said the truck was okay and didnt see the Bb gun hole in window) thats my bad. And i dont even have the time to write about the grocery store its attached to.....i can tell someone over the phone....but omg it is so bad the flys in the meat case wouldnt even eat the rotting looking meat in the deli case....the smell the dirt....and when i went back to return the truck the uhaul person was in the back of the store working out on his machine and came up to me covered in sweat. So if yall wanna call me to verify please do so.

Original pickup location was not open at time listed wasted an hr going to this place only to wait again. Cab was filthy. Cigarette ashes everywhere

This location is abysmal. It is gross and unkempt. There is a loud, frightening, barking dog that growls and barks at anyone looking at the rental vehicles. The staff weren't in the gas station available to help when I encountered issues and I was told that they'll be back in 30-45 minutes. There is almost no cell phone reception in that area for Sprint, meaning the app took forever. There are also a ton of locals that just park wherever they want around that area, two of whom blocked me in and prevented me from getting gas back into the truck and made me wait 7 minutes to be able to navigate and return the truck. Also, the truck had a chip in the front window, scratches and gouges all over the vehicle, and a ton of dried dirt and some trash in the truck bed. Luckily I returned it in better condition than when I received it. Because of this experience, I will never use uhaul again and I'm very very happy that I never have to go to this redneck gas station again in my life. I regret having chosen Uhaul for this when I should have just rented a truck from Enterprise or Lowes or something.

Called me 2 hours before rental was due, causing and yelling at me say they was going to call the police and have me arrested for theft of a motor vehicle. Family member went in and tried saying that was not returning vehicle and left state. Turned vehicle in without using full 100 miles. I use uhaul regularly for my business. I have to move hand made furniture from my home to storage unit. I am debating g on switching to penski. Also I have filed defamation of character lawsuit on said family member. Currently at another uhaul location renting another vehicle. Probably will be my last time. Spoke with penski and they have offered a good deal on pricing.

The 6x12 trailer should have a jack on the tongue. It is too heavy and can result in injury from lifting it.

Ensure the people working in the E Z Mart have good customer service or can at least treat the customers with some decency. I am glad I chose to check-in online (although that was another experience itself) because I would have left very upset. My interaction with the staff was less than a minute if that helps. Also, the location is off the beaten path and is not a very safe place for a uhaul.

Although the location may be a litle out of the way, the manager was very friendly and accomadating and the van was immediately available. We had visited another place where the personell were not so accomadating.

What was wrong with the uhaul. I felt in danger being where u have to pick it up. There is a trailer park behind and a rough neiborhood. The truck in the back was dirty. The truck was on empty. Had to put gas in it to go anywhere. But the guy that worked there was very nice. And sympathized with the situation. I woulnt recommend nobody because of the location and the surrounding. But the store ower was a pleasure dealing with.but this is the worse experience ive ever had dealing with uhaul. I asked for a truck rental in nicholasville and the truck pick up was down the street from lexington.

The past two times I have reserved a truck. After I get there. They tell me they dont have my truck. Than I have to fend for myself and try to find one if they dont or I have to pay extra that I dont have planned because I am moving. Not happy with uhaul and probably not coming back.

They didn't have the appliance dolly I ordered, I paid for 12 pads but they didn't put them in the truck. Gas tank was on empty so had to fill it up there at a higher rate I could have paid elsewhere.

This place was awful. They gave me the oldest piece of equipment they had for a 700 mile trip while brand new units of the same size were there. They tried to cheat me on the gas meter and the truck was filthy inside and out.
