It was a small location and didn't take the extra box we didn't use because "they don't carry that box". Lady was friendly though.

The wait to pick up the truck was 30 min and only one person was in front of me. They overcharged us on mileage. We were charged for 21 miles when we clocked the distance and it was only 13 miles. The service was terrible and they pad the mileage to make more money. I will not use that store again.

Everyone there who helped me did a great job and explained all the little stuff and fees with the truck and trailer. Please give them a fat raise! Also, please make the contract a little easier to read so all charges can be seen and how they add up a bit easier-especially when renting more than one item at the same time.

Get rid of your mobile app. It’s convoluted and puts the burden of everything on the renter. Also it’s a good way to reduce employees, by automating everything and passing it on to the consumer. It was troublesome to use, too many steps and procedures. I’d rather see a human being behind the counter than use the app. The person at this location was very nic. It’s the U-Haul truckshare app that’s awful.

It took an 1 1/2 hours to check out a trailer that should have taken 10 minutes with the express check out. Then I was told the trailer would be twice as much as my reservation and I had to argue to get the representative to honor the privy amount. When I looked at my statement today I was overcharged again and when I called the rep and ask why, they didn’t know and said they saw the original amount and weren’t Shute why I got billed so much. They said they would call back when they figured it out but never did. Now I am going to call my credit card company to put a stop on payment. What a ridiculous hassle when all I wanted to do was move a car.
