Website was not responding to my request for a rental. Had to book via phone with agent.

David GThank goodness for the lady who works there. The Uhaul system is flawed, I rent multiple times a year, and every single time your system causes frustration and wastes time. Their location does not have good internet coverage, so after 30 minutes on the phone and on the app the lady came over and took me inside to help me. I have an account but every single time it makes me scan my license (why it is on file, and I do it every time and every time it glitches) I would think having an account and renting the number of times I do a year it should be an easy text message, click to confirm and all done. So the location did very well, and the Uhaul system gets a Poor rating.

BARBARA BI sent pictures to the last U-Haul email but no response was given Back of the uhaul can where contents are stored for moving was filled with mud. Almost like an attempt To clean but just smeared it all over truck floors. Same with ramp

That was a little inconvenient so we were not happy about that. On the other hand, when it was dropped off, the gentleman that assisted me was absolutely delightful. So accommodating and helpful. So thumbs up on drop off in , MD.

Mike AThe worst part about this location is strictly the terrible cell service. It took me 45 minutes to check in and 20 minutes to return the equipment on the app because cell service is terrible there. Ideally, it would be great if there was wifi specifically for uhaul customers that span the entire property. I have a screen recording showing that it took 5 minutes to upload the return photos b/c of a spinning wheel and service.

Jeffrey MPut tongue jacks on trailers. Had to unhook after loaded and had to dig out my vehicle jack to unhook!!!!!! Also too heavy when empty for an elderly person to lift!!!!!!!
Richard TDespite a slow internet connection the individual who was assisting me tried other methods to get me checked in. It took a little time, 11 minutes, but I was on my way in plenty of time. The vehicle only had 1 020 miles on it and it was very clean.
Daniel MExperience was absolutely awful. Pickup location was changed several times without my knowledge or approval, customer service was both short and incredibly rude and disrespectful. Had to drive further to pickup my vehicle and therefore spent more on gas, was downgraded to a 15 ft vehicle which I did not need whatsoever and paid more in gas here as well in result. Was blatantly lied to by customer service indicating that my pickup location was changed due to "my originally selected location not being open". However the shady location which I was instead changed to was also closed. Picked up the truck with practically no gas in it, which I find incredibly rude and disrespectful on behalf of U-Haul. This experience was absolutely pitiful and U-Haul should be embarrassed. Unless this situation is dealt with properly and appropriately then I and my entire family, friends, and all social media friends will know of this and I will direct each individual to never reserve through U-Haul again. Good day.
Joseph FPick-up and drop off was quick and efficient. Guys were nice enough to park the trailer for me since it would have taken me twice as long to maneuver the trailer. Will definitely use again.

Bill HThe app is fn horrible ! i spent at least an hour checking this trailer back in. total bs. i thought i had done it correctly only to find out i had to go back and do it a second time and even then it took waaaaaay to long . if anything i should be paid the twenty dollars for the check in. worse rental experience checking back in ever. The gentleman who helped me initially with the rental was great but the guy is swamped over there.
stephen GThey charged me cleaning after giving me a dirty truck. Extra miles after making me drive out of my way because they didn't have the truck in the location I chose for pick up. Charged me for fuel and I returned it with way more than it had. Also customer service sucked I had to wait 45 mins to get the truck even with a reservation
Donnie LI did a dropoff when the location was closed, so I can't provide much of a review/assessment. The location was convenient for me, and there was plenty of space to park the truck, so that was cool.

Kennneth BMaybe if u do the rental in person, but thru the app, no way in the world would I do it there again. There's was hardly any cell service signal and what should have taken 10 minutes to complete took about 30-40 minutes. Also no where did it tell u where in the world the lockbox slots were the keys. I had to drive around the property looking. Then due to the lack of cell service, when returning the vehicle, the app closed out the reservation without telling me it did and when I went back in it didn't say how to return the keys. And U-Haul was zero help over the phone as they can't close out A reservation on the phone.
