I have used U-Haul periodically for more than 30 years and this time was the best customer service experience I've ever had from the company. At the pickup location a lady named Jasmine was professional, thorough, and detail oriented in explaining options for service along with costs. In Center, Texas she represented U-Haul very positively. Service was seamless with absolutely no surprises.

What made the experience great was Jasmine - she was extremely helpful and she went out of her way to help. Since my rental, I have recommended ETA to two other people and I highly recommend ETA to you.
