This location is a little unkept. The office was dusty, and the general appearance was a little disorganized. That being said, my rental was found quickly. There was a crack in the windshield that I had to alert the representative to, and there was a persistent warning for the tire pressure monitoring system. I also needed to clear ice off of the windshield before I could drive away (the rep offered to do it for me, but I didn't want to just stand by and watch her work, especially since she clearly had to tend to a project that was going on in the attached garage). However, I was able to move what I wanted to, and I was not drastically inconvenienced. The rep and the mechanic were polite, if not exactly warm.

Bill SI scheduled a pick up time for 5pm however I called the location to see if I would be able to pick up the truck at 4pm instead of 5pm. At that time I was told it would be a good idea to do so because no one was going to be at the location at 5pm. Meaning if I would have kept my original time I would have not been able to even get the truck. So I get to the location at 4:15pm, I pay for the truck, they asked how long would I have the truck I told the manager a couple of hours. He tells me where to drop off the keys to the truck when I am done because no one would be there. I returned the truck no later than 9pm that same night. However I was charged an additional $40 because the manager did not bother to look on his parking lot for the truck. Apparently a customer was looking for the truck could not find it. So the manager decided to tell uhaul the truck was never returned. Only to submit online 5 minutes later that the truck was indeed on the lot the whole time. I know this because when I received the notification on my phone about extra charges made on my card from uhaul, I called uhaul and the representative informed me of this situation. However I am still out of $40 because the money was pulled from my account. This is my second time using uhaul services and both times I had the issue of no one doing their job properly and me paying the price. Safe to say I will never use uhaul again and I will highly encourage my friends family and anyone I know to not use uhaul services.
Ebony CThe car ran a while to get frost off, when given to us gas said a certain gage. When we filled up we did it back to that plus a little more and were still charged $11 for not filling it up where it was alleged to have started at.

Hipolito REmployee was abrasive and curt. We have rented from Wyoming avenue in Kingston,PA, Wilkes Barre , PA, and Scranton, PA and have always been treated with respect. This location is horrible. If we are ever sent to this location again we will need to look into a different company.

GLEN EFirst you can have the gentleman at the front desk be much more helpful. I had to hookup the trailer myself as he couldn't be bothered to come out and help me. Then when I got it to where I needed it to be used it had junk in it that I had to remove. VERY VERY disappointed with the customer service experience I encountered.

LOUIS HWhen going inside location to get keys, both employees were not wearing masks. Both employees seemed bothered by me trying to pick up my uhaul. When getting in uhaul, it was a mess. Huge Crumbs in the cup holders. Dirt everywhere. Gas was not full. It was not even worth me going back into the building to let them know as it was such a poor experience. I cleaned it at home myself and filled the tank. Much easier than dealing with this location.
Morgan Kbad they have paid me twice from my card and the truck did not even run miles it was right here in wilkies barre they returned the amount of 88,2 that they had taken from my card then they took it again and today 3 days later I see that they were debited of my card 70 dollars more, I already made the report to my bank and if it comes back and something abnormal happens I will report it to the police and I will take that to the last consequences and I will have the business closed ok I have all the capture about what they have done and I immediately called the bank and whoever assisted me saw it and is reported., la dirección de esos mañosos es la 445 Pierce St kinstong P.A tomorrow I will go there to tell everyone so that they learn and see that not everyone is an asshole 🖕🖕🖕
ENID MTge key wasn't in the lock box as stated and I had to wait 2 extra hours to get the key which put us behind schedule.

Claudia HEnsure that everything is explained in its entirety. I was given a vehicle with a 1/4 tank of fuel. I was told to return it with no less than the same amount of fuel. Not knowing the fuel mileage of the vehicle, I filled the tank. When I arrived at the drop off location, I was not given credit for the fuel that was remaining in the vehicle. It was well over 50 dollars. As I didn't know how the mpg would be you should have credited the excess fuel and I was told flat out no!

DENNIS BIt's the U-Haul website. It adds answers and other items which at check-out had to be removed. I had to go to another location, thankfully local. I wanted the truck for the day but the location I reserved from said I only reserved for 4 hours, I don't remember doing that?

JESSIE SThis was one of the worst experiences ever with Uhual. The truck was reserved at 9am, I finally got it at 12:30pm. I also reserved an appliance dolly, the store didn't have one and told me I could just 'drive around and find one'. When I asked them to call places (so I wouldn't rack up extra unneeded miles) they said they couldn't help me and to just drive around. I finally found a Uhual with a dolly only to realize that a couch had been left in the truck...meaning they DIDN'T check the vehicle, after I specifically asked if they had. When I went back, they had closed up shop(1pm). So if the person who was late with the Uhual hadn't gotten there when they did, I wouldn't have had a truck at all. I will never use this Uhaul location and suggest that no one else does either.
