No drop off box for keys. Tried to utilize the 24/7 drop off option and was not able to. Had to be late for work the next morning to come back to drop off the keys. Store was advertised as being open at 9am. I waited outside the building over a half hour before anyone came to open it.

David GMore clear instructions on obtaining the key out of a locked box. It required several phone calls. This location also did not offer the pads that I requested. The person who worked there was pleasant but the experience was frustrating. I ordered pads and they said after that it was not a guarantee so I had to use my own blankets from home. They also were not clear about "hidden charges" I was not happy that I was charged an "after-hours fee." This was never mentioned.
