Scott PWhen I got there to pick up it was raining and they had it buried on the side of building. I had to pull it out myself and had to maneuver around all the ATVs and other stuff with no help. Other than that I forgot to get pads so maybe if they would have asked if I needed them that would have been helpful, but that was my fault. Everyone was nice from ordering to pick up and return. Thanks

MARTIN LI could barely get the truck moved our with out hitting the ATVs parked in the way. There was plenty of space to move over the ATV that was in the way, but the didn't. I had a few inches of space to not hit it to get out & had to fold mortir down. Found it rude that they couldn't even move one little ATV so I could get the truck out smoothly, esp since it was after hours pick up time so no assistance to help. Also, I called ahead & told them I'd be a few hours late & would I still have access to mobile pick up & the guy rudely assured me it would be fine, low & behold I get there & my pick up was no longer available. Had to waste my time calling uhaul multiple times to get my "start pick up process" back on my account". Overall extremely frustrating. Also drivers side floor was pretty dirty upon pick up.

Rick CThe gentleman helping us was courteous, explained everything and got us on the road quickly. My only complaint was with the reservation system. We rented three different trucks. Each time the truck was not going to be available where we preferred to pick it up. The first rep offered us a truck that was over an hour away. She was willing to give extra day and extra miles but the fuel would have been very expensive to do this. 2nd truck was also not available where we wanted it. Third truck was not available as well and when I told the rep this was our third time that the truck was not available where we wanted she became quite rude and said I didn't have a confirmation, only a reservation. Other than that we would definitely rent from UHaul again.

Vickie FHonestly kind of ridiculous that y'all charge the customer for not checking the trailer back in but your location isn't on the U-Haul app. Then U-Haul said they would call me and never did and then y'all charge me. The trailer was back on property on time and you can clearly view y'all's camera to see it. Again I shouldn't be charged for someone thing not on your U-Haul drop off locations list…
