James PJohn Koontz was excellent. He got me set up and on the road quickly. He also helped me with the drop off at Pearl Beach Valero. They did not have an orange key drop box and the people at the gas station could only show me a combination lock box. John had Khadija from U-Haul call me to tell me how to leave the key in the truck.

Adam WVan had a broken door release on side door. Stuff happens - wish this would have been caught, it was a significant inconvenience for loading/unloading. That said, service was excellent and all interactions were positive and helpful.

I look forward to the next time I move lol. At any rate I felt right at home and I am so glad I chose Eagle car wash and detail for my uhaul needs. In my opinion only thing uhaul can do to improve is employ more people like John K
