I would recommend for a no hassle drop off. We never went into the location and no one was there to help.

John ZThis was not the location on my reservation! The location scheduled DID NOT have the truck reserved on their lot. The "owner" said he was looking for the truck available at other locations. After waiting on the phone, handed to me by the clerk (he was not onsite) for 15 minutes with NOTHING, I called U-Haul on my cell phone, allowing the franchisee to listen. Then miraculously he found a truck at the above location. While it was only 3 miles down the road this process cost me 30+ minutes of time. Since I was now running late I called the Moving Help Center customer service asking if they could contact the movers who would be waiting for me, as I was running late due to your franchisee screwing around with me! Well that was a waste of time because they said that they couldn't do that!!! I was driving to the storage location, trying to make up time and "you don't use your phone while driving for safety reasons". That made NO difference to the Customr Service staff!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pissed me off!

John MThe lady that received the truck was not very friendly, I mentioned to her that the truck needed service due to an exhaust leak and the truck was dirty when picked up I side and out. Thankfully they lady did not add a cleaning fee to the truck.

Keesah PThe truck radio did not work, the included lock for the truck's container door did not work. It was frozen shut. Would not open after multiple applications of WD40. Had to buy a lock so storage door was secure
LEONARD PDouble check the rental information and make sure pricing is correct. I have 2 payments from my card apparently I wasn't charged enough, but I also paid for a hand truck rental that was not in the truck that needs to be refunded. Other than that very nice staff and easy to get what I needed done.
Kristin HDo not require app for Geo Location. Would not recognize my location while using mobile website. Had already submitted driver's license info for driver. Had to download app, take picture, still would not work. Had to call customer service. They had to change name on reservation even though I had submitted driver info ahead of time. Pick up delayed an hour. Not happy.

Jason PI didn't get the employee's name, but she worked very hard to try to find me a truck once the one I had reserved had to be taken out of service. She really went above and beyond. She also checked me in and out on the day of my rental and was super nice and organized and really helpful. You need more people like her.

James YRadio has an electrical problem. Will get power at times if you go over RR tracks.
James RBuilding was closed already but the two team members were outside and were very friendly/helpful. The man even asked if he could take any trash from us because there was no garbage can outside and that he would take it around back. Very kind and helpful.

Yuliana PThis was a drop off. I wish they would have "checked out" the truck/rental items while I was still there instead of saying "Oh, we'll do that later." That's the only negative. I'll probably use this location again when it's time to move again.

Zalando BMy radio didnt work. I tried turning it on but nothing. No power to it. I know its something petty but when you are in it for a longer period of time, music would be nice. Other than that everything was perfect. Super easy with the 24/7 no contact. All right from your phone. Thank you Uhaul for helping my wife and i move into our bran new dream home.

Mark WThe personnel tried to get me to move the truck down the road to the unlabeled storage facility 500' down the road rather than at the UHaul office. Claimed that someone might not have their truck available if I didn't. Since nobody at the pickup or dropoff locations ever acknowledged I ever had a reservation in the system, I declined.

Tiffany YOn the website it mentioned closed until Monday. But we got confused evidently with the Eagle storage and Uhaul. We will know next time to call Uhaul anytime with questions, concerns or any changes. The front desk lady was so very kind and patient with us and educated us. We will always use that site from now on!
