The truck was filthy, tank was not full, wiper fluid had to squirts then nothing. Talked to agent who said we only have what we get from U Haul. Terrible service

GREGORY Athe location was closed, even though the sign on the door said they would be open on Saturday. I waited for about a half hour and then thought I would try to check in online not knowing I was supposed to the whole time. The app was frustratingly slow, but smooth when it was running
paul gTruck in awful condition. No AC in the middle of summer. Broken side mirror zip-tied on, had to reach out the window to move it just to see our the mirror. Not safe to drive. Would not recommend this location

I've never rented a uhsul before and kinds nervous about it, but it was a really great experience...Thank you Uhaul I would definitely recommend it to my friends!!!
Diana BIt was a pleasant surprise that someone arrived early to service the place, which helped with a minor pickup issue. However, the truck's left side-view mirror was held on very poorly, which we had to adjust often -- I would rather have been sent to a different location for a better vehicle.

James KNothing bad to say. Once I navigated the web-based reservation process, the location and attendant at the location were excellent.
Scott AWhen I called U-Haul to schedule a drop off, I was given a different name for this drop off location so I drove right by it. The facility's name is actually Premier Storage. Then when we finally got back to the place, they didn't have our return in the system. I had to call U-Haul again and get it straightened out. This was time consuming and frustrating.
Benjamin JYour website said no van was available (which I wanted) so I reserved a truck instead. But when I arrived at the site, there was a van. The very helpful attendant cancelled my truck reservation and gave me the van. Seems like your website does not have an accurate view of available inventory.

tony bStop making customers take photos of the vehicle when returning or penalize us why not award people instead. You guys are low income movers. You are taking advantage on people who don't have a smart phone like elderly and people who can't afford one. I spent over 30 minutes trying to understand how to do it and then left my charger in truck having to go back to storage place again another. This stress should not be placed on customer. I give a two star for this . Bad business set up. Other than this I Thank you for being their when I needed you this trip
