Todos muy amables y serviciales aunque me cobraron 2 galones de gas de más por qué la entregué igualita de gas y todo ..pero fuera de eso todo muy bien gracias Jonathan que es el manager de ahí ..🙏❤️😘

Location had limited trucks/vans but extremely convenient. Had some difficulties with website interface during car pickup, but was able to reach customer service by phone to complete pick up. Car was clean but steering wheel was not properly aligned and tilted to left; may be some alignment issue with cargo van. No technical issues with website when returning car, though system never emailed me a copy of receipt and when I logged in there was no record of recent reservations; perhaps more time required for system to update before receipt is available? Would recommend this location.

Mr. Abel was so PATIENT while helping me get the App downloaded and taking my Drivers License scans. He also helped me to make the vehicle return proper. This was the first time I have done anything so complicated online and it was so easy!! Thank you Abel. I will rent again from Abel's UHaul in Eagle Rock. Thank you. Roxanne Rogers Teacher

My appointment was scheduled for 9a, but by the time they handed me the keys, it was almost 10a. The Uhaul app is full of glitches and the interface isn't user friendly. I had to return the truck approx an hour after my "estimated" return time and was charged for an extra day, which meant double the insurance fee as well. The advertising says $19,95 daily flat rate (plus mileage) and I even filled up the tank with a little more than when first received. I've rented with Uhaul a dozen times before, but this experience was really complicated and very inconvenient.

Why are you turning your customers into U-Haul agents?. Your app based system is frustrating and slow. Why are you making me do everything?. I would prefer some customer service from an informed agent. Hire more people

I had trouble with reservation, didn't set it thru 24/7. Calle the uhaul at 1717 N Glendale Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90026 United States. Asked him if he could resolve this matter. He told me he didn't care and hang up. Wasted 2 1/2 hr of my time.

Easy and convenient! Took a few minutes to fill out the info on the app for mobile check out but it was straightforward.

The attendant was polite but very confused - took over an hour to give me the van, so my rental started an hour late and I had to return it late. I was still charged for the time I spent waiting. He couldn't figure out how to check the van back in from the previous rental so he couldn't check it back out to give to me. He had to call multiple people to figure it out while i sat in the gas station and waited. Would love a partial refund if possible thank you!.

The gas station is open before 10am so check in should be able to be before that.

Please have at least a 1/2 of tank of gas in the vehicle when someone is planning to drive 60 miles. Truck was in 1/8 tank.

Reserved a van for Saturday, 10/28, and got there at 7 am to get my van. I was transferred four times to find out that they never assigned a van to me.

Back gate had to be latched with a hammer or jumping on it. Every time I hit a bump the driver's side mirror would point straight down at the ground

After checking in I was given instructions that keys were inside, however when I went inside I was told I needs a code. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with customer service , and being yelled at by the employee- we discovered he wanted the truck number. This was extremely inconvenient and was a terrible experience

Abel was very kind and helpful. I had difficulty making the reservation online on my phone. He got online and did the reservation for me. Excellent customer service.

The staff at this location is excellent--helpful, thorough, kind, clear, and professional. The truck came with a broken driver's side external mirror, which I showed to staff member, who immediately got his manager on the phone and passed the phone to me to speak to him. The manager said I should bring in the truck to the truck dispatching location to get a different one. I didn't have time to do that and said I would work with the mirror as it was. We put painter's tape on the mirror, and we were able to make do. What we didn't know until we first opened the door to the flatbed was that the passenger side spring-latch was not functioning properly, such that you couldn't close it after opening it. We were able to work around that by holding the handle in the open position and manually moving the latch with a finger so that it could engage the mechanism. It's supposed to work on a spring. Checking that flatbed door was not something I would have thought to do in my initial walk-through upon receipt of the truck. I know to do so now!

Previous customer left tire PSI to 13…other than that, location was great and the gas station staff was wonderful as well. Very helpful and nice!

There was no mobile code provided to receive the key, it was listed as "inside". The attendant refused to give me the key without the code but none was provided. I eventually spoke to the store owner and was able yo get the key after 20 min. Very frustrating.
