Your person online said there would be pads at this location, so I ordered them. When I got there they said there were no pads, uhaul came and picked them up and sent them to Chicago. I can thank uhaul for putting me I a pickle. Not the stores problem but yours. Which tells me not to trust your agents.

The order and pick up site was just fine. Helpful people and the truck we rented was clean and the size we wanted. But, calling UHaul and trying to find the size truck we needed was not a pleasant experience. The information they had did not match our area. The girl I talked to was not very helpful. I ended up calling places on my own. I was told a certain site only had 10' trucks and I couldn't get a 15' one unless I drove 45 min. to another town, which was not acceptable because we only wanted the truck for around town. Even when I went to the business to rent the truck they had a difficulty with the UHaul web site. This is the second time in the past 8 months we have had to rent a truck and each time the web site was hard for the business to navigate.

I returned the uhaul the gas was to low, employees informed me of the charges so they said they put my account on hold so I could put gas in it. I filled it up more and the employees said to leave keys in the after hours box. Now I'm seeing I was in fact charged a gas charge, this needs fixed

The person doing my paperwork was not well learned on any if the rental paperwork. He miss quoted prices and had to keep asking others for help. It took ages to complete and was just more hassel than seemed necessary.

This location has decent customer service, the truck that was available met my needs for an in town move, however im not sure i would want to take it on the highway as it seems geared very low and doesn't seem to want to shift unless you let off the gas. That being said the ride quality was fair enough both when loaded and unloaded. Overall i give the experience an 8.5 out of 10. Will definitely be back for my next move.

I rented a tow dolly. After driving 50 miles to the location of the vehicle, I realized that the safety chains were missing. Uhaul offered to get another dolly to my location. Instead I opted to purchase a set at the local auto parts store for time reasons. Other than that the equipment preformed perfectly.

You can honor the price quotes you give. While making my reservation I was quoted a price. An hour later when I picked up the equipment the price had increased by almost $400. I should have only been charged the quoted price.

Vehicle needs front end work, the truck I rented certainly needs an alignment and maybe ball joints. Not an easy vehicle to operate. This is the second time in as many years that I rented from uhaul and both times the vehicle maintenance was lacking. This was my last time renting fro. Uhaul.

Train the employees better on the system. I used the U-Haul app on my phone to check in and I had to wait 10 minutes when I went inside to get they keys because they weren’t familiar with the system and didn’t know what to do.

I made a reservation 3 weeks prior to needing the rental and I chose the pick up location as part of the reservation details. Don't change my reservation to a different location the day before I pick up my truck. Also, when I arrive at the rental location, make sure all the items on my reservation are actually there. In addition to the 15' truck, I had reserved moving pads, a furniture dolly and a hand cart. The rental agent did not have the pads or the furniture dolly. Fortunately, the rental location that I had originally chosen on my reservation had the items I needed so I didn't have to go substantially out of my way to resolve the issue.

In general, the whole rental process start to finish was chaotic! The fact that even tho “reserving” a truck weeks in advance & picking a location didnt matter made things frustrating for a mover who is trying to plan. Pick up location was changed 3 times, 2 days prior to pick up, size of truck was upgraded but not what I wanted & made it worse. Ended up being a beat up, gas hog truck and had to pay someone to drive the overload. The drop off location wasnt in computer correctly and that was a process to return. The miles guaranteed in reservation became non existent and so I was charged more. Again, the whole process was chaotic and overwhelming. Not good at all.
