The truck was dirty before i picked up and i indicated it before pick up. At drop off i indicated the same and i was charged 25 $for clean up. I spoke to the person at the store and he said he would take care of it and send email. But didnt do any and next day i got invoice with that charge. I called the store and they said they cannot fix it since i did it through the app and should call uhaul support. uhaul support said someone will take care off it...such a waste of timeSandeep K.
Check in process was a bit confusing, especially since I had completed the online check in and anticipated that this would be much smoother. It was also very difficult to get into the driver seat of the truck because they were all parked close together. All together it was a bit chaotic.Gerald T.

I was charged for dolly, which I did not have access to when picking up uh-haul. I replied to email included on my invoice, but no reply. Also, mobile check-in on a cold morning was very inconvenient. Would not recommend.Jamie B.

The truck was not cleaned sufficiently - the center console was full of loose tobacco from broken cigarettes to roll joints and there was also loose trash / the smell of weed in the vehicle. There was also residue from spills in the storage bin on the dashboard, and the windows were dirty to the point where it was difficult to see. Plus, the vehicle was significant out of alignment to the point where it was difficult to drive (it pulled aggressively to the right). I cleaned the vehicle to fix the mess, but the alignment issue is still problematic. The workers at the location were very nice though and I let them know about the alignment issue.CRAIG M.

Showed up at 9:30am to pick up the 15' truck I had reserved. Upon arrival I was told that no 15' trucks were available. I called Uhaul customer service and after waiting 30min I finally got through to an agent who was not helpful then placed me on another hold for 15min, only to be answered by another agent who also was unable to help. I ended up leaving the place an hour later with a 10' truck, meaning my moving day was starting late and I had to make extra trips due to the smaller truck. I have called multiple times since then to attempt to be compensated for my troubles, and have been told that I will receive a call from a regional supervisor but have never received any calls. This has been a miserable experience from the start and I will never use Uhaul again.Joe C.

I cannot drive a large truck so I requested a van. There was plenty of time for this location to get the van. I could have been notified there was no van and referred to another location. If I hadn't had my friend with me, I would not have been able to move. Unacceptable.BARBARA B.

The car i rented had some issues that were a bit concerning. A couple times the car accelerated/revved up uncontrollably. I had my foot on the break and the stayed still but was shaking. I quickly shifted to park and it went back to normalHenry B.

Not the fault of the dealer/location, but the U-Haul I was supposed to get was not there when I arrived, and when we talked to corporate to figure out why there was no truck for which I had a confirmation, the customer service guy was utterly useless. Spent about 45 minutes on the phone with him, and the "best he could do" was find me a truck the nest day over 1,5 hours from my location, and make no effort to provide any credits or additional compensation for the issues, which would have included needing to reschedule my moving dates and with the movers. Absolute clown fuckery and a completely useless rep. Thankfully, a woman showed up about 15 minutes after we hung up with him, returning a 10' truck that the dealer was able to quickly turn around and rent back out to me. But this was almost a disaster and your customer service rep was atrocious.Jeffrey G.

The blankets we ordered and the furniture dolly we ordered were not available at this location. They did not have them. They said there had not been any UHaul communication with them. I am not sure how this is supposed to work, if we book through UHaull, but UHaul does not communicate with their partners.Sarah B.

I reserved the uhaul weeks in advance via the online website. It appears no preparation for my pickup was done because the two add ons (moving blankets and a furniture dolly) were unavailable. It would have been great if the two add ons were already in the truck, let alone available. Luckily, they accommodated and provided a utility/appliance dolly, but they had to check to see if they even had that available.James W.

They said I could leave without checking out and they would just send me an email after the fact. That was fine with me at the time, but then I saw on my email receipt that I was overcharged. I have still have not found a way to rectify the problem despite using the "online chat" feature of customer service. There is some kind of incorrect documentation in my paperwork and I think it could have been fixed/avoided if they had checked me out in person.LEONORE C.
