I went to the place paid for the trailer went outside with a woman that works there and that's when it started she told me I couldn't touch the trailer it was there rules so I recorded it and I could tell the woman didn't know what she was doing but I respected the policy long story short I went wrong way out of parking lot thank god because as I was coming back down the hill the trailer fell off my truck yes fell right off I have no more words the owner is rude and should not have this business that he clearly can't run right this place is dangerous dangerous dangerous if I went on highway and that happened I don't know if I would be here right now sadlyjaron L.

They were the most helpful, professional, understanding and kind people I dealt with after booking a 'local' to me truck and then being told I had to drive 45 minutes (26 plus miles) to get a truck. The price changed when I changed the pickup time online to accommodate the location move, and it took 2 hours to sort it out. U-Haul gets score of 1/5; E&S Transport gets 5/5.Sheri H.

When I went to pick up my reservation I was told it hadn't been returned yet and that's what happens when you book right after another reservation. There was no way for me to have known someone else would have failed. There were no other vehicles to rent so they sent me to another location to get the next size up.Ashley H.

I turned in the trailer the same day as I picked it up at the location I scheduled to drop it off at and I was charged a three day late fee and wrong location drop off fee. I call customer service after the wrongfully withdrew $300 from my account and it took three days for a manager to review the case. After three days, they issued a refund that then will take 4-5 days to return to my account. So UHaul made a mistake then held $300 of my money for over a week because of their incompetence. I will never use UHaul again.Bryan S.

When the vehicle I had reserved was not returned on time to the Waterbury-Stowe Rd location, (and it was clear it would not be back anytime soon,) I were offered a discount for the inconvenience and told I could pick up another truck at the Teddy Roosevelt Hgwy location. The staff at both locations were very nice, but the 2 staff members I dealt with at the Roosevelt Hgway office were especially helpful and friendly. This was on a holiday--Memorial Day when most folks had the day off. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.Yevonne B.

They have two locations but the U-Haul site indicated only one which is the one I drove to to pick up the trailer. The trailer was at the other location but there was NO indication on the website that was where I should go. A waste of time and gas that could have been avoided by a simple update on the website.GREGORY B.

There is a lot you can do to improve! First, truck wasn't where I I had hoped and expected to pick it up, in Shelburne, VT, despite my reservation a while ago, and initially, there also wasn't a dolly available, which I had also reserved quite some time ago -- both were sig issues!! The place I did end up getting the truck in Bolton however, did offer me their own personal dolly and actually helped me with the process of checking in (which was a real pain, given complicated process and fact app kept not working - very frustrating!) even beyond their normal hours, which I very much appreciated! With all that I just mentioned, the resulting inconvenience and frustration, all the expenses that were charged, the not great customer service I encountered more than once...are all reasons I will try to never rent again from your company!!!William Z.

The site was closed for the day when I arrived. As I was attempting to unhook the trailer, came over and took over for me. She said she had returned to the office to something and Charlotte came over because she saw that i was struggling. I offered to pay her for her help but she refused to accept the money. She said, "it is part of my job to help customers whenever I can". She is a great customer service ambassedore for U Haul!LARRY S.

Could not have been better. Staff was at my on the lot ready to help when I parked the U-Haul. I will use again and I recommend it. Ideal if you are coming or going from Burlington or a point north of that.David W.
The rental experience would be rated as a 1 star out of 5. I had to hire a ride to go over 30 miles out of my way, when I did not have a car, to pick up my truck that I rented over 2 months earlier. Uhaul needs to do a better job managing assets for reservations! 30 miles meant I had to pay for my ride, plus pay for an additional 2-3 gallons of gas to drive that distance! The location did give me extra allowed mileage to accommodate the inconvenience, but it is not the same as the extra $50 it cost me above my reserved costs!Howard K.

Pick up facility was very nice. Ginormous inventory. Nice folks. We were redirected there by U-Haul dispatch after our original pickup location was a vacant lot with no trucks. We apparently had a slow leak in the right rear tire of the 10' truck. Dash warning light came on about 500 miles into our trip. We were able to find a gas station that had an airhose and topped it off twice. Since our driving was all interstate, we assume leak had been there.John T.

When I went to return my truck, no one was present at this location during their stated normal business hours. I called multiple times and waited for ~30 mins and never saw a soul.
