Getting to the office is a little confusing with equipment on opposite side of the street. Once I figured out the signage all was well.

However, the rest of the experience was unsatisfactory. On a 1 to 10 - it was a "0". This was our first experience with UHaul. We; would have been renting a truck or trailer each month. Now we question whether we use UHaul again. Previously we used Budget and was satisfied. Policies at UHaul are not acceptable and they change the contract terms without both parties agreeing.

We signed up to pick up the key at 5 a.m. via phone and when we arrived it wasn't working so we had to wait 4 hours until they opened to obtain the key and it messed up our entire day. We had originally reserved it for 2 days but we were able to take care of everything within 1 day. We picked up at 9 a.m. and returned at 6:30 p.m. but they still charged us for 2 days.

The services great, but there have been times, when the office was completely locked up, and if it was not for a passerby, who was affiliated with the company, I would not have been able to get in to talk to the desk.

when i walked in to drop off the key there was a person sitting there and told the lady that works at uhaul that i was there to drop off these were here words ( we are fucking closed it sunday tell her to go away) it was the most humiliating thing i had done to me the guy just stared at me and i just told him it was ok i would just leave the key in the box he apologized for the way she talked to me I will never do business with that location again

The pick up location was GREAT, but the drop off location was NOT. We had to switch out one Uhaul for another because the ball on the tow hitch was the wrong size. After putting $15 of gas in the first Uhaul that we didn't use, we were told that we would get a refund at the drop off location. When I arrived at the drop off location on LBJ highway in Garland, TX, I was only treated with disrespect and they just made me feel stupid instead of trying to help. I am VERY unhappy with the way I was treated.

There was no real place to leave the trailer after hours. If there was it was not clearly marked so i left it in the street on the side of the building. Not really a secure place to leave it, but there wasn't really an option.

The uhaul we rented had not been inspected and had mechanical issues. We were left thrown in the middle of no where far from home. The uhaul had to be towed to Abilene to be fixed, we didn't not receive another uhaul. We had to figure out away to get back home and had to leave our vehicle and other belongings behind and still have not been able to get them. It was the worst experience ever. It was beyond stressful we are still stressing over it and will never recommend uhaul services. It has been such a nightmare. All uhaul should be inspected and serviced before being rented out. The cost is way too much for uhaul not to be inspected or serviced. It's ridiculous!!

I had a lot of trouble getting in contact with any employees at this location. I showed up and it was closed and I had to contact multiple people at UHAUL in order to actually pick up the moving truck that I had reserved. Aye over an hour and a half later I was finally issued a key and that was it. With no clue which truck was mine, my wife and I had to try the key on several trucks before we found the truck that was ours.

vehicle leaked rain onto the steering wheel, breaks failed under a load I nearly hit a car. When I called to get help the out going message said , make the request on line , this was not helpful as you asked where I was and all I had was the exit number and the highway I was on. this then prevented any further help. When I tried to call the office of origin , Out going message said out from May 27th thru June 3rd. when I arrived there was an attendant on duty.

They didn't answer their phone when I called. When I arrived for scheduled drop off, they told me they were full so I would have to call the 1-800 number because they had closed three minutes earlier. The 1-800 person connected me to someone with Traffic. They told me I would have to keep the trailer until Monday because that location wasn't set up to accept drop off after hours (it was 12:30 in the afternoon). I explained I was not going to be near the site again on Monday. They explained there wasn't anything they could do so I needed to call his manager. I called and never heard back. Total disconnect between corporate and this location (there isn't an address or details on my contract-it just said "drop off in Junction). I also had a difficult time adjusting the reservation both online and over the phone last week-had to do it in person at pick up.

Moving Blankets smelled of venison and were covered in grass and tape. Cab floor was cleanish but the windshield was covered in bug remains on the outside. Interior glass had some kind of sticky substance and ring imprints from some kind of device mount. Cab smelled of animal dung and rodent urine like a farm. Engine ran rough at idle after driving for awhile. Cover fell off catalytic converter and hung on guard 10 minutes after leaving pickup location. Did not return or refuse unit due to it being only available unit within 150 miles of location where I needed it.

The lady working had no idea about the products being rented. She charged me more than what I had gotten a quote for online and the drop off date for my reservation she had somehow deleted for some reason. I called more than 5 times and left messages before pick up and never got a call back. I would not recommend this to anyone. The lady deleting my drop off location costed me miles and fuel on the rented vehicle trying to get it dropped off to a location. After hours of finding somewhere after hours to drop off I got a confirmation from live chat to drop my rentals off at the original drop off location I had put online.

On their building put a U-Haul sign. I had to call the number to find where the office was. Not big deal but it would be helpful. Super nice people here.

Rude people in junction... i would seriously suggest you find some new employees. Equipment was off, they new about it and still sent me off like that. It's not my equipment but at least have the decency to give me a heads up on your run down equipment. Uhaul seriously, you have to look at were you place your equipment, location matters.

Wasn’t open when the hours on the door said they was , instructed to go next door for assistance, no one there either then I got charged for a extra day because they (drop off) location wasn’t open and wasn’t logged in not my fault.

No one was on site to check in the trailer. I returned the trailer a day earlier than was required and dropped my contract in the dropbox, but then received a text and email two days later saying the trailer was overdue and I would be charged $20/day until it was returned. Either someone needs to check the dropbox everyday, or U-Haul needs to revamp their return process.

I have been renting 10 foot U-Haul's for the past month. I have a part the safe move charge and have only been charged the minimum $14. They went ahead and charge me for $28 for the safe move. Then they charge me for two days after I specifically told him that I would bring it back within 24 hours. The receptionist was very rude when I try to explain what happened and a reason to why I was charge so much. She rudely told me that she was going to see what she could do. But with me physically not being there picking up the truck she didn't know what was going on. My employee that specific instructions and nowhere at the authorization to change my reservation. The reception took it upon herself to make the changes.
