We were told tank of gas is full before receiving rental. It was 75 % full. In addition, the check engine light was on and the battery died.

It took DAYS for them to check my truck in. I had to call about 6 times to make sure I wasn't going to get charged for extra time when the truck was returned on time, and with a full tank! I must have spent a total of 5 hours on hold over the course of several days trying to get the truck checked in & the issue resolved!

The facility is within a Diner, which was closed during the evening drop-off. They acknowledged possession of the vehicle when I called the next day.

Due to poor communication from Uhaul, the initial rental vehicle was not supposed to be rented. It was full of water and the top had a large hole. We were given the other truck that was there but that caused a cancellation for the people who were supposed to rent the truck the following day.

While picking up I was told that it was ok if I exceeded the return time of 2pm, I delivered the vehicle at around 4,3pm but was charged for 2 days, repeated calls to your agent are going unanswered, I am due a refund for excess charges

The pickup process did not go as described on the phone and my reservation was cancelled after I had already picked up the truck. Make sure the key is where you actually say it will be.

This location has charged me for 2 days of rental whereas I returned the truck same day. I spoke to U-haul multiple times and no resolution till date.

The keys were not at the location. I had to wait 30 minutes for the owner to arrive with the keys.

This was the cleanest U-Haul i've ever rented and i've rented quite a few. Really appreciate that during the pandemic. The location is a deli which was quite busy at lunchtime but the staff were quick and efficient to accommodate our rental. In and out in a few minutes.

The east Windsor deli employees did not know what to do when I turned in my key. They just took me key & did not give me a recipe. They left the contract open because I got 2 calls from uhaul asking if I returned the truck. Overall not a good experience.

I am charged for cover blanket which they did not have at the time of pick up. Even though I was assured that they would not charge it.
