3 things: 1) previous renter was late (I had to wait about 30 min to pickup truck). 2) truck door was a bit sticky, needs maintenance, and vehicle itself made loud noise as of metal bending, over any bump in road 3) no lock provided for truck door unlike 2 previous u-hauls tented elsewhereRobin M.

Make sure the interior and exterior of the van has been cleaned before renting it to the customer. In this case it was not done. In my other U-Haul experiences it has always been.Daryl A.

They left trash in the door compartments. The cupholders were sticky. And unfolded furniture pads were left in front seat. Then when I asked for them to remove it he just dumped it in the back and said â€œits ok there just bring it back. I dont know what to do with it.â€JOHNALVIN G.
Saying the U-Haul app is trash is an understatement. I was supposed to do this self drop off, but couldn't even upload a picture. Had to have the agen at the laundry shop help me. He was SUPER helpful. Seems like it's a common thing that the app crashes. Overall, the experience was garbage. But hey, U-Haul has that big brand name so people are just gonna keep using it although the service is really really bad.ALI A.

They charged me for dolly which I never picked up and asked the clerk to cancel. It had both flat tires I think they should wipe clean and disinfect The equipment was very dirty. Also i was promised on time or else 50 $I got the truck 20 mins lateGURSHARAN S.

App and website doesn't work properly . Had a crazy time being Able to actually loud a pic of fuel and travel distance . The only other inconvenience was only having the option of 1 location very much out of the way to get a 10 ft truck .. really ? 1 location that I had to waste 17 km to get to and from . In my opinion I should be refunded that total as it's unbelievable . The person o talked to on the phone was very snotty about it .MARINA D.

the staff at site solved my problem, but the uhaul website was down and we had to do the contract by hand. uhaul has mixed up miles and kilometers and overcharged me, I want that fixed. otherwise the truck was fineJohn Adam G.

This location was great. We were running late but they called to reconfirm that we were in fact coming and didn't just give our vehicle away, which would have been disastrous. They were friendly both upon picking up and dropping off the vehicle and also when I asked for a time extension which was unfortunately not possible.CHAD D.

This location needs to get their act together, and fast. They've just started their Uhaul franchise so I understand that these are teething issues, but in terms of customer service, they have a lot to learn. First, I booked an appliance dolly along with my van, and when I showed up to collect the van, I was told that there was no dolly available. I asked if they could transfer my booking over to another location nearby, they said I would have to go over the entire process all over again, and was essentially on my own. Reluctantly, I picked up the van and manually hauled a 123 kg stove with help from some friends. When I returned the van, the fuel gauge was maybe 1 degree to the left of where it had been at the time of checkout (15/16tha of a tank - which the check-in attendant had claimed to be full at check in, until advised otherwise). For this (at the very most, a litre of fuel), the shop attendant now tried to charge me a fairly steep penalty. I rarely argue with service providers but given the ridiculousness of the situation, I stood my ground this time and got away with not having to pay the penalty. Overall, these guys would do well to recognize that treating their customers with a touch more respect and care beyond the artifices of a typical, rehearsed customer interaction would help them retain customers. I, for one, would never return to this location. I am giving them three stars merely out of sympathy for their rookie business and because I don't want them to suffer more in the hard times we all face already. For the service I received, half a star would have sufficed otherwise.ARNAB C.

Very friendly stuff there. I think it's a new uhual spot in this neighborhood? Had a great experience for both picking up and dropping off. I would highly recommend this spot for uhual rental !Qiyuan L.
1) There was no drop off box for me to drop the keys off when binging back my vehicle 2) I got charged for gas - when I received the truck it was 5/8 full of gas and that was the way I returned it. I much much much prefer to be given the truck with a full tank of gas and that is the way I will return it. This way there is no disputes. 3) I asked for a dolly when I made my reservation. I did not find out until after I got back to my place that no dolly was put inside the truck. This made my life very difficult. Gary HogleGARY H.
