Clean the truck out!!!!!! All they did was park it for rental profit again.
After receiving the equipment, upon taking off on my roadtrip we noticed dog hair between the seats and underneath. Recommend full vacuum and detail inside cabin area when equipment is returned

When I picked up the truck/auto transport the transport lights did not work. While the employees attempted to change the fuses another customer driving off with an auto transport wrecked into the transport I was taking, there were no damages. I took the truck after approx. waiting 90 minutes, drove straight home and unhoooked the trailer to load up the truck. The truck did start, called roadside and they arrived. After 4 hours they could start up and was told to go pick a new truck.
they don't know what they're doing, you don't know what time is open you have to wave they keys so you can get some service and for they to open the doors it's sad

When I received the trailer, there was no combined inspection done. The guys that worked their, did a half ass inspection, I found the ratchet strap was barely serviceable and the driver side trailer lights were inop.

Have a bigger sign or make it more noticeable that this location can turn in/sign out U-Haul branded trucks. Also a solid and direct area to park and see the trucks themselves.

Don't. Try to up sale lying about not having the requested equipment on hand, falsely stating the vehicle fuel level, and make sure vehicle was serviced before letting the customer drive away with the check engine oil light ON,
Uhaul as a company does not provide money back if equipment is returned early.

It was fast here and the lady in the office was nice. Its all about time management for me so if you want things done right and quick come here. There was no wait time or line.
I was charged twice, once for a late return and insufficient gas. The gentleman that I turned the truck into checked the gas and mileage and stated that I was good to go. The next morning, a female clerk stated that the gas was below the level at which I received the truck. I took the truck back and extended my rental to have it weighed and placed more gas in the vehicle. This time I was charged for 2 extra days. I still have both charges on my account.
Location looked like a junk yard. The truck we returned was the cleanest and newest one on the lot.
Establishment just started working for U-haul, crew was friendly but inexperienced. It took some time to get my return confirmation, which I never got my email like the guy said, but had to call corporate to ensure that the equipment was arrived properly to prevent extra charges. This crew need more training.
