Couldn't figure out where to drop it off at first location, so I drove to another location that wasn't open. Drove back to the first location, got locked in by the gate. And they charged me another 65 dollars

Kenny RI made a reservation at this location but when I arrived was told they they were closed and I would need to go to another location. Thankfully, the attendant was willing to go the extra mile on their vacation and assist. Appreciative of their help despite the confusion about the where I needed to pick up the Uhaul.

Ken Hdrop box had a lock on it and we weren’t given a code. had to call multiple times to get someone to answer and tell us the code to drop off the keys.

Steven VIt would be helpful if the ratchets on the tow dolly are replaced or oiled frequently. They were rusted out pretty bad which makes it hard to secure the tires. I've seen this on previous tow dolly rentals in other locations. I think this is something Uhaul in general could do better on.

carole fThis is not the location I dropped the truck off at. I returned the truck to the same location where it was picked up at. The staff at 4450 E huntsville Rd, couldn't set the return location to be the same address for reasons unknown.
