Stop allowing these type vendors to rent out truck that are already reserved. People book uhaul on timelines.

No one present. I had to go to a different location at first. No one was there. No after hours drop box. After several tries I was able to speak to a representative on the phone who sent me back to 300 USHwy29. Then could not get help on phone or anywhere. Had to leave keys and form in drop box without being able to do it correctly. It took me a couple of hours in the parking lot trying to do this right. I had no choice but leave it. And I was charged extra because of it.

I made an appointment the day before, at about 5 pm for a 9 am pick up. The locations indicated on their website open 9am. They did not open until almost 11. A 45 minutes call to U-Haul, to track the owner down, and he's 45 minutes away. It took an hour. He told me there were no bookings- he'd checked last night. Either he or U-Haul is lying. I called today to book another truck for tomorrow at 4:15. He closes at 5. No one answered and no one called me back?????! I called him last week and no one called me back either. I asked one U-Haul associate today to make sure the time was adjusted on my contract since you failed to provide a truck at 9am, forcing me to load the truck during the hottest part of the day….the contract did change to 10:30 but that was another lie! I did not get the truck until 11. After a complaint was filed, I was told an supervisor would call me. Yet another lie.

Let them know where the lock boxes are located! The online process showed a picture of the back of the truck but it wasn't there; fortunately the person online was there to suggest the building. Also, if you change the pickup location from Eastern to Central time you should subtract an hour. We wanted it earlier but never got the link to pick up.

Probably the worst experience renting moving equipment. Tried uhaul for the first time after using other vendors for a while. Scheduled a reservation to pick up a trailer one week from date, on date of pick up, it told me to drive an hour and a half to get the trailer. After rescheduling and canceling my initial reservation, it sent me to an auto body shop that was “permanently closed”. No one was there. Horrible experience pretty unhappy with the customer service that I was unable to get ahold of after 2 hours on hold. Nothing will be done about this and I'm just out of money for the shit show.

I was told my uhaul would be ready and it wasn't , it wasn't even at the location for my pickup. I was told I would get 50$ for my inconvenience which I haven't received. I had to drive a hour and a half out of my way to get my reservations and another hour and a half to drop it back off .

No place to pull off the highway. Attendant was clueless on how to pull or park a trailer. He wanted me to pull out on the four lane highway and back in.

We paid to rent hand trucks and they were not in the truck when picked up. We tried calling multiple times and even on different days and no one picked up. The Rental place looked a mess. Would not rent from again

The owner of easy rider went above and beyond to help me out on a Saturday 30 minutes before he closed Very nice guy and I would recommend Easy Rider for not just your uhaul is rental but he has nice vehicles for sale. He gets 10 stars for customer satisfaction.

A little upset that I was given a different drop off location that was permanently closed, then called and was told to return Truck to EZ Rider. Uhaul proceeded to charge me an additional charge for being late thru no fault of my own. I may use the competition next rental.

when a customer ask for drop off location to be determined you should not determine it for them .We were moving to an area we were not familiar with .Fortunately I was proactive in finding a location that was much closer than the one you arbitrarily assigned for me .It took me an hour from an already busy day to fix this .

I was give a small truck when I explain how much space I need and end up paying more than I wanted to for a truck because I had to make multiple trips when I explained I needed a truck big enough to make one trip.

my original reservation was for a different location that was closer to the move that I was doing. I received a phone call literally 5 minutes before I was to pick up the trailer that they did not have it and wouldn't. I ended up having to go all the way across town to get the equipment which cost me an extra 2 hours on the move. The service at the new rental place was excellent, but the unavailability of the equipment as promised caused much of a headache and inconvenience.

The man I dealt with was super friendly and helpful but I did not get all the equipment I had rented and had to drive way out of the way to pick up the truck. None of this should show negatively to the property, however, because he really tried to help me.
