Absolutely the worst experience of my life. Made moving it in 1000x more annoying. First off I wanted a one way trip truck to jersey city for 85 $. They called 30 mins before the scheduled time that they had no one ways anywhere. So i said i would bring it back to them so they charged me a total of 198 $because i had to pay the mileage fee for bringing it back to them. The truck literally said one way on it. I get that you would have to obtain it back but since I'm doing you a favor why charge me double. Picking up the truck with the 24/7 mobile device feature absolutely sucked. It took an hour and half because no â€œnotificationâ€ popped up allowing me to get the code for the lockbox. Following the instructions on the poster brought me to one giant loop and would bring me back to the home page when i would press continue for instructions. I had to call and be connected to three different people just so they could me a working code. Dropping it off sucked just as much. Dropping off took another hour because this website never likes to work and requires so much data that it moved so slow yet asking for so much. It would glitch and bring me to the beginning of the verification process after i sat there for 30 minutes already filling it out. The gas tank was left Â¾ full and charged 36 $as if 10 $wouldn't have filled it up. I will absolutely never be U-haul again. It sucked so bad. I made my first bad review ever. You ruined my move in completely and need to completely fix how you run the business.Nicole L.

The truck was dirty it took more than the average amount of time to get the app to work the key was missing for one truck I had the key to the ladies that was their truck it was just an overall confusion the gas attendant was not able to assistFrank L.

The pickup time was 9 but the keys weren't ready until about 9:45. The field manager that came out said he'd give me a hundred miles in credit, which never happened so I was charged 30 $in mile overage. I understand times are tough given the current events, but this whole experience has been one of if not the worst customer experience I've ever had.Joseph D.
The app would not let me log in to my reservation and I had to wait an hour for an area manager to come, clean out the van, and check the vehicle to make sure it was good to go. None of the supplies I had ordered for my move were in the van and the area manager did not have any extras in his truck. An overall frustrating experience.Joseph C.

This was the worst experience renting U Haul or anything in my life. When I arrived at location I had to just about redo my entire online order to get to a security number to pull key out of box and same on the return. Would never recommend this location to anyoneNicholas B.
