I had many issues with the Mobile Application, which became mostly unresponsive when prompted for taking photos.

The truck was dirty it took more than the average amount of time to get the app to work the key was missing for one truck I had the key to the ladies that was their truck it was just an overall confusion the gas attendant was not able to assist
All went well. Easy pick up and drop up using the mobile app.
The pickup time was 9 but the keys weren't ready until about 9:45. The field manager that came out said he'd give me a hundred miles in credit, which never happened so I was charged $30 in mile overage. I understand times are tough given the current events, but this whole experience has been one of if not the worst customer experience I've ever had.
The app would not let me log in to my reservation and I had to wait an hour for an area manager to come, clean out the van, and check the vehicle to make sure it was good to go. None of the supplies I had ordered for my move were in the van and the area manager did not have any extras in his truck. An overall frustrating experience.
This was the worst experience renting U Haul or anything in my life. When I arrived at location I had to just about redo my entire online order to get to a security number to pull key out of box and same on the return. Would never recommend this location to anyone
