Mobile checkin did not work correctly. Had full signal bars yet for some reason, both during pickup and drop off the website went to grey page when I went to the next step. Was able to start the process of drop off again, but during the initial pickup, it went to a grey page right after I took a picture of the odometer. When I reloaded the dashboard it said vehicle already dispatched. So there was no way to prove gas and odometer or buy insurance. I see the plus side of mobile check in for off hours, but next time I will just use counter service for business hours usage of uhaul equipment to avoid these issues of a buggy system.Tyler W.
I was not contacted like I should have been the day before pickup. Had I been, the issues with the account probably would have been resolved. Instead, I had to resolve them outside in the cold weather. We'd paid to reserve moving blankets and an appliance dolly. They were not in the truck. So not only did I not have the equipment I needed, but I was charged and have had to spend time having those charges removed.Alex S.

My original rental was from a location 10 mile away from this one. So ended up paying more due to mileage just to get and drop of rental. Only one person working and not very motivated or in a hurry for anything. Truck had a hole or something in cabin floor or under dashboard and could hear engine noise very load and could smell fumes. Had to have window rolled down due to exhaust smell.KELLY N.

Rented a 26 ft truck with 174 000 plus miles on it. The truck had a terrible exhaust leak on it which was apparent after getting down the road in it and caused headache even with the window down. The brakes were poor as well. I was charged the insurance coverage of $14 after denying the coverage. This was not one of my better experiences with Uhaual.Tommy M.

I got charged for extra mileage, I was in record to be driving a 26' truck but when I was doing a pretrip inspection I noticed it had a flat tire, so I was given a 20' truck and when I finished I got added the mileage to 26' for extra mileageLUIS C.

The representative wasn't at work during our pick up time she decided to leave when our party and another party arrived because she was cold . I Had to jump through hoops to get my truck . Would never go back to that location.Yahtese H.

Place wasn't scheduled to open until 10:30 AM and the guy didn't show up until about 10:50. I scheduled about a month in advance and was advised by text (not the phone call that I was told I would get) to pick up my truck in the N. GA mountains, no where near where I was traveling. I had to find another truck in another locations. This is pitiful - won't go to U-Haul for my next move, next year. There was no gas in the truck when we picked it up - sitting on E.Jonathan H.

Confusing. I left the trailer near 3 or 4 other uhaul trucks and one auto transport trailer in the back loading area of a strip mall. There was no uhaul store front or anything to indicate it was a uhaul rental area (other than a few randomly parked trucks)STEVEN H.
Truck cargo space was dirty and not broom clean. Trash found inside the cab. Office space was small and not easily visible from the road. Trucks were lined up out back. I was handed a key and told where to find it. Person did not take me to truck and conduct a walk around or intro to the vehicle. 15' truck had 100 000 miles. At first stop to re-fuel, it was difficult to start back up. It finally started and for the rest of the trip I did not turn off the engine for fear of being stranded.MICHAEL D.
UHaul charged me for equipment never received. I requested furniture dolly, appliance dolly and 2 packs of furniture pads. Of those requests UHaul had only 1 single furniture pad which was returned folded. UHaul needs to reverse charged for equipment never received.Kenneth H.

Terrible service, they guy at the desk customer service skills was terrible. I placed a my order online because it said faster service and i was in a rush, but that was completely false. Service was super slow and he did not conduct a inspection of the vehicle and the gas was on EMPTY and to top if off... I also order an appliance dolly that was supposed to already be available on the truck which it was not and I noticed it wasn't on the truck until I was in the process of moving. the next day i saw extra charges on my bank card that i was completely unaware of.DIAMOND B.

The wrong key was in the box and I had to call to get the code for the other box to get the right key. They did not provide me with the appliance dolly and furniture pads I ordered. I had to go to another location to pick these items up.Katy S.
We rented from this location for one day and did an after hours drop off. We were then charged for two days. When told, they adjusted it on paper but never gave me credit on my card. It's been a week and I have yet to see anything on my credit card. So I put the charge in dispute with my credit card to take care of it because I felt they weren't even trying to resolve this.PETER A.

Do Not read the odometer wrong! Check out mileage 12945 turn in mileage was 13067 NOT 13607. I did not go 540 miles, I only went 122 miles! I did not go to Florida & Back! I was over charged either 174,83 or 197.85. I want a refund ASAP! Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated! Kim KKim K.

Had a hard time locating where the key was even after messaging/calling customer service. I was just told the passcode After 20 mins I located the keys. I was not informed that the dolly was not available that I purchased with this location. At that location- no one answers the phone and voice mailbox is full.Sherri M.
I was trying to pick up the van using my phone, but it said my session had expired. I went into the office to find out what to do. I sat there for about 15 minutes then tried to log in again. I was then able to pick up the van. No one working there acknowledged that I or the other two people waiting were there.Mary B.

I was to be using the 24/7 pickup thinking it would be easier and quicker. Well it turned out not to be. Everything that I filled out to reserve the truck I had to do all over again. It took 30min to pick the truck up and get the keys.Kevin P.

Ordered a utility dolly for our washer, dryer, stove, refrig and realized it was not on the truck after we had already stared loading the truck... so we had to jump through hoops to move the heavy appliances. We were charged for the dolly as well as furniture pads which we never used. We were ultimately refunded the $10,6 but it really doesn't matter because the pain came from not being able to move these heavy appliances without a dolly. Will never use this location again and don't recommend it.Tonii T.

It seems like a strange process to have to give a full name and phone number, for one of my friends to confirm that they know me.. For "verification purposes". I was never given a reason as to why this was necessary. Myself, I do not always answer phone calls from random phone numbers due to spam. Other than that an okay process.Charlotte L.
