I had to clean the truck from whoever previously used it, they left dirt, trash, ect.

Did not like dropping off a trailer without a person there. We had a family emergency, so we had to head back home early.

Confusing parking area. Office area full of items and crammed. Lady seemed unsure of process.

I went to the location at 1507 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in Killeen, since the storage unit I was moving items from was located there. I was told by the representative that they would not have a 15ft truck on 9 August. I was then directed to/agreed to a 15ft truck located at 548 S 53rd Street, Killeen. When I asked if the truck could be brought to the MLK address, I was told no. In addition, at the MLK address, I was not informed about the "FREE" month of storage available to me that I could use within the next 12 months. Also, on the morning of 9 Aug, upon arriving at the MLK location, I noticed not one (1) but two (2) 15ft trucks sitting on the lot!!! Just one man's opinion, but I think that is bad business. Customers should be informed of ALL options available to them and move trucks to the appropriate locations/locations requested especially if the storage unit is at said location.

First, this was NOT my selected pickup location. My reservation was at a location closer to my house, as I had to ride my bike to get this uhaul. When I arrived, the original location was closed "for training". I received no notice that my reservation had moved. 45 minutes on hold with uhaul and 4 transfers later, I was finally told where my reservation was, which was across town. Again, I am on a bicycle! Absolutely horrible experience from the beginning.

Charged me for two days of rental when I returned the truck before midnight the same day I rented the truck. I was told that there was a 24 hours drop off, I do understand that if I return the truck after midnight to be charged for two days but I cannot understand why returning it at 1000 pm I still get charged for two days.

I had to hook up the car trailer myself. Before I finished hooking the trailer up, a worker arrived to tell me how to use the trailer. I returned it at 9:00 AM and the place was not not opened. I had to unhook the trailer my self and park it. As a 77 year old, it was hard handling the trailer.

Payment option customer shouldn't just have to pay with card and y'all should contact customer on transaction. I was charged 3 times on my card after haul is returned customer card shouldn't still be on file.

bad neighborhood and inventory very limited. Difficult to back up to the trailer, on a side street, and up on a curb. Owner was helpful and pleasant.

I booked a 15' Truck over a month ago in Copperas Cove. My first location was Kempner but you guys changed it to Copperas Cove which was fine I was moving from Copperas Cove to another location in Cove. The night before my location was changed to Killeen. I didn't appreciate being charged miles from Killeen to Copperas Cove when my email I got from you guys guaranteed a truck and location pickup in Copperas Cove.

Best customer service I've ever had dealing with uhaul. Fast too, I was in and out in less than 15 min, paperwork and all, hooked up and ready to go. I use this place every time I need a uhaul now, love the guy.

Gas needle was barely over half a tank when I received vehicle but paperwork reported three quarters. Inside cab was dirty

I have been renting uhauls for over 20years, and this is by far the best experience I Have ever had. He was fast, efficient, and friendly. I will rent for him from now on when needed and recommend him to anyone needing a uhaul.

Office was dirty and disorganized.Dirty Tools and used auto parts strewn about. Didn't want to sit down. when I went to inspect the trailer it was dirty When I asked them to sweep it out the said they didn't do that and said pick another trailer. Since that was the only trailer of that size available the female manager went out to clean it while the male manager made a sexist remark to my wife while snickering that sweeping was women's work. Definitely the worst uhaul experience of my life no exaggeration. Your brand would be well served to terminate there franchise agreement

No one helped me connect the trailer to my vehicle. The person was asking for payment information when I had already paid online through the Express check in, this location did have any supplies for sell. I had to go to another uhaul location to purchase what I needed. I will not be renting from this location again.

I had the reservation originally at veterans memorial uhaul and the lady that was there told me that my reservation was canceled and told me to go to another location and they had several of the trailers that I need it but I still had to go somewhere else and waist time. And overall that lady was rude and not helpful.

When I arrived at this location, there was no place in the overfilled lot to drop it off. I was them directed to the other side of the street in a small field of other trailers and junk cars to drop the trailer. I had to weave in and out of trailers and other debris to drop it and ultimately scratched the underside of my passenger side rear door due to another trailer in the way that I could not see.

Pickup was difficult. The owner instructed me to go across the street to where the trailers were lined up, choose the trailer I wanted, hook it up (which me required to move several trailers by hand), bring it back across the street, write down the trailer information, and bring it to him in the office. I had to do all of the work myself with no assistance from the owner. However, the owner was nice and polite. The trailer was clean and serviceable.

The gentleman at this location was outstanding, however the lady at the 102 E vets memorial In Killeen was the most in professional customer service personnel that I have deal with in a long time. Rude from start to finish and u will i g to be helpful in anyway. If it wasn't for the gentleman at the next location being so nice I would never want to use uhaul again.

This was an alternate site to drop off the trailer. Primary drop off location was 102 E Veterans Mermorial Blvd, Killeen TX. When I arrived there was a young man(employee) who was very courteous and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. After he inspected the trailer and disconnected it we went inside to check it in and get a return receipt. Inside, the female employee whom I believe is the manager abruptly interjected that she didn't have room for the trailer and wanted me to take it to the location listed above. I know I am not the only customer ever having issue with this person. Knowing that she was hired by the franchisee and not corporate there is only so much you can do. Look at all other reviews about the 102 E Veterans Mermorial Blvd location and you will see a trend that is in need of repair. Drop off location is small and overcrowded with the used autos they are half way trying to sell. The personnel didn't check the trailer into the system as being returned until after I was called by uhaul 3 days later.

Communication between rental locations was needed. I will be watching my account to make sure I am not charged for additional fees because we followed the policy and the U-Haul location on veterans was the one that messed up. This location tried to fix the issue as best they could, however original location did not answer any calls for clarification.

Attendant was 45 min late, I had a time line to keep and did not meet the time line, there were no attendants on site the only person was the the payment clerk, I was instructed to hook the trailer up myself, I rented a 6’X12 ‘ enclosed trailer which weighed more than one person could handle, I am a disabled veteran and handicap service was not provided, in the process of hooking up the trailer with the clerk who was a female of Asian nationality (just to prove size and strength of clerk) I hurt my back which is one of my disabilities, I have used U-Haul before and have always received excellent service, but this instance was very unsatisfactory I will not do business with this location again Thank you Me Juan VILLARREAL

This site is part of a separate business and gives the impression that uhaul isn't the priority. Though my experience was above average, I would prefer to use a site where the parking lot is open and maneuverable.

The trailer was very old and the location was not easily accessible. Looks like a car lot for old cars with uhaul vehicle on the outside near the road.

Lot was crowded with used vehicles to try to obtain a uhaul with limited space for big vehicles to get a uhaul.

I wasn't given my military discount and when I asked they did not want to canceled the reservation and redo it in order for me to received the discount. I worked 21 years and the military and can't take time out to reserved the soldiers.

The appearance of the location is off-putting. The equipment appears to be questionably maintained, although admittedly we did not have any issues with the equipment for the 400-mile move we used it for. The location is poorly marked and we had trouble finding exactly where we needed to be in order to rent the trailer. At first glance, the site looks like a junk yard.

We have used Economy before in the past and have to say they treat you like family. Excellent customer service and easy pick up for our auto transport. Will return in the future. Merci

I only regret that I do not know the name of the gentleman who accepted my auto transport. i was tired, cranky and coming down with the flu. This good man managed to take the high road. Please thank him for me.
