The place is so small, very difficult to return the 15" truck, no parking and staff was not present at the posted hours.

uhaul was not in good condition

Fatima NGot to the location (location got moved because my rental was not secured. Also was told that 9' trucks don't exist, but I saw several on my way to the pick-up location) and used the U-Haul app to pick up the truck. The truck's doors were unlocked, the padlock code was almost impossible to enter (took my step-mom and me about 15 minutes to get it right), and the key was not in the truck. Also, my equipment dolly was not in the truck, despite having paid for it. The app said the key would be in the truck, the U-Haul rep on the phone said it would be in the truck, and then we were told it was near the truck in a standing box (which it wasn't, the box was empty). After much back and forth with the phone representative (who was very kind, thankfully), she got the field manager to drive to us to help solve. Felix (field manager) arrived and the key was in the drop-off box. I asked about the dolly and he said this location did not have any dollies. Thankfully, Felix and I drove to another location to pick up a dolly. Felix was incredibly helpful and kind, very grateful for him. Then, once I had everything, I went back to the U-Haul app because I thought I had to take pictures of the car before departing. But the app wouldn't prompt me to do so, so I took my own pictures instead. I was sent a video of how to operate the app, which was not how my experience went at all. Overall, this issue wasted a lot of my time. Caused my step-mom to be late for an appointment. Caused me to depart late, hit much traffic, and arrive at my destination late, which caused me to be very late for work. I should not have had to pay as much as I did for the service I experienced. I am grateful for the phone representative and Felix, but everything else was unsatisfactory.

JANIE GIt was rather very easy for most but the lock to access the key. Other than that if anyone needs a no frill Uhaul truck this is a great place. John was very nice.

CLIFF RVery, very small... actually just a self-storage facility. They don't open until 9:00am, which was much later than we needed, but when he called to confirm the owner agreed to open 30 minutes early for me. He also drove to another location the day before to get the moving pads I needed. That was great service.

Amber KMr. Pennington was very helpful in every aspect as we completed the pre-drive walk-thru of the vehicle. I rented two other UHaul trucks this past year and Mr. Pennington was the most helpful of all three locations I used this year.

Tammy SI was told I had to clean the equipment before drop off. Since I had no idea I had to I was told there are additional charges if not cleaned. It was dirtier than when I picked it up, but I left and cleaned it. Frustrating go not be told this detail especially considering the condition it was in when equipment was received.
SAM MI was provided the best service, they went out of their way to help and assist me with all my needs! Thank you for the great experience.
