The UHAUL app was not working well at the time and thus took longer than usual to finish the drop-off procedures. The employees were kind and helpful.

Especially if they don't have a smart phone makes things hard when they tell you one thing and the things that are sent on a smart phone says something different . Moving is hard enough ,just seems like it made things even harder "frustrated " but we got~r~done!! I'm happy!!

It was only until I got angry and was leaving that he even offered to give me a number to reconcile the account. I wouldn't go back to them for any reason whatsoever.

RAFAEL H.Charged me $1,59/ mile which they didn't mention. Nor did they give me the option to decline the insurance they added on. A $129 rental for the day became $250. They also charged me $6,49/gal for gas when I returned it where it was when I left.
ANTHONY PHILIP L.Was transferred to pick up at this location 2 days before move. Was never given access code to lock box. Showed up exactly at pick up time (7am PST). Doors were locked. Called number listed and had to wait 30 minutes in my car for someone to show up. Person was extremely rude and short with me. Blamed everything on my behalf. Will not be using uHaul again and would not recommend to anyone.

CLINTON ROBERT B.The truck was super clean. When I drove off I spilled my 32 ounce coffee out of the cupholder all over the floor of the truck. Employee, Tim was incredibly kind and helped me clean it up so I could get back on the road. Great customer service!

david C.BUYER BEWARE!! The staff were not familiar with their computer program for checkout, took forty five minutes to complete transaction. They did not go over the charges but said it would be sent to our email which we did not have access to until we got home hours later. We had the truck for only a couple hours, drove 17 miles total. The fuel gauge did not show any difference so we did not add fuel and then were charged over $20 for fuel. The total we were charged was $79 for a truck that was suppose to cost $29.95. We complained to both the dealer and corporate and were told Becky Sexton the field manager would call within three days to discuss. It has been a week and no one has called. Very poor way to treat customers!

Christian C.- A small light on the front of the right fender was out and needs replacement. - A light on the left rear of the trailer that lights the license plate is loosely housed because of a broken housing. The light functions but the housing should be repaired. - The required insurance coverage of $8 was not mentioned during registration and was a surprise upon payment after use. The agent should present this to your customers initially. JH
JON H.The nearest location was changed for me, I had requested the Powell U-haul but it was changed a few days before the move to the EcoShuttle location, a much more significant trip out of the way for me, to pick up my van and dolly, before my move.

Xiaofeng W.explain the mileage overage charges. i was not told any mileage overage charges. after 30 miles the meter started running. take that stupid "you can get this truck for as low as 19,95" off the damn trucks cause that is blatant false advertising. there is no way in any universe you'd ever get a rental for 20 bucks. you add the truck to cart and its instant 99 bucks. U-Haul should be sued for misleading customers
anthony W.Staff were very friendly, and let us know they didn't have a lot of experience as they'd just taken over this store. The checkout process did take longer than expected, but it was painless and we got the truck we needed.
