Location was not the best but I was charged for 50 miles when I drove 30. Very unhappy !!!

mark lThe drop off location looked like a random lot of U-Haul trucks. The building was an old house with a drop box and was not open when I dropped it off at 4:50 even though the website said it was open until 5:00. Not a big deal to me though as I had nothing to discuss. As far as dropping off the truck and such, it was easy and definitely no hassle which was nice.
Joseph NI always use this location to rent U Hauls. Friendly, trucks are clean and ready to go , never had an issue. Highly recommend this location !

Laura FLocation completely ripped me off on the mileage. I traveled "maybe" a good 5 miles and that's being generous. It was a very short distance. I drive a truck for a living so I'm well aware of what a mile traveled looks like. So I returned to the location and they said I went 17 miles! Complete ignorance at its finest. Please don't waste your time at this location.

Anthony HWould not have found it without GPS. Seemed to be someone's yard. Uneven gravel surface. No response when called; and vmail indicated busy with customers. But when I arrived it was obvious that I was the only customer. But owner greeted me and unhitched the trailer. No issues.

Dana CI dropped off the trailer on the day expected but they closed the offices early. The property is someone's house that has a office connected to it. Multiple cars drove through the lot and didn't assist me. As I calling the U-haul number a third car arrives without trying to assist as well but I stop them to make them help me. I ask what I am to do with the trailer and was told to leave it where I had it. This was still before the closing hours of business. Then I was notified that I dropped the trailer late and it wasn't. I won't be using this drop off site ever again
Shyra WI requested moving blankets and furniture dolly. Neither were provided at the pickup location. I had to drive to another site to get blankets, of which there were not as many available as needed.

LINDA MI have used this location for years and it is the same guy that helps me every time. Funny because this location at first does not show up on the U-Haul site maybe because it is in a secluded section so I always have to actually put in the address for it to come up. Guess that might be best so that he doesn't sell out - lol Either way great guy, great customer service, clean equipment and just an overall A+ experience

Rahim Fthe truck was extremely dirty, had 175 000 miles on it, the engine misfired at idle and died. i was worried that it would make it the 9 miles i needed.

Felicia TI had to wait around 15 minutes to return the truck...I kept yelling for someone to respond to assist me, but nobody answered until another customer came in and was able to get the attention of one of the worker's who was mowing. On top of that, I got charged for 2 gallons of gas, yet I only drove 10 miles!! Apparently a 1/4 loaded 10' truck gets 5 miles to the gallon?! A fully loaded truck must get 1 mile/gallon of gas! I won't go back to this location.
