Have used this motorcycle trailer a few times.its a nice trailer but she is getting old still pulls ok but for the price cant be beat love using it to take my Harley to the dyno.

Khursheed ACustomer service was excellent. I was doing pickup via the app, but for whatever reason the GPS wasn't reading my location. The attendant on-site quickly got me checked in and on the road. Had the same issue on the turn in a few hours later, he said he'd take care of it and I was off to my next scheduled appointment on time, and the receipt was accurate and arrived within 45 min. I was a little worried about leaving without it completed, even though it was roughly 90 minutes before scheduled turn in, but that worry was clearly unfounded. Would definitely rent from this location again.
Brant PTried to rent out an appliance dolly that was clearly not a uhaul dolly. Was old and bent up.
Rodney TThe individual associate named LUKE was very condescending in tone and speech AND did not give the best customer service I as a customer was due. When picking up the service vehicle/truck, I was made to locate the truck and dolly myself instead of being assisted or shown. Strike 1. Strike 2: the dolly was given whilst Luke knew the truck did not have nor was equipped with a ramp. Am I supposed to struggle loading appliances onto a truck with a dolly but NO RAMP? The Dolly proved useless/futile without a ramp to load the heavy items onto the truck. When asked for a refund for the useless dolly, Lukes response was that I should have "asked" if that particular truck was equipped with a ramp For the dolly to be of any good use. Strike 3: The lack of compassion in tone, the condescending tone and remarks spewing from Luke's mouth. The better business bureau will be contacted regarding this matter .
Danyelle GI want to give Excellent recognition to the manager at the BP gas station which is the UHaul rental provider in Edgewood Maryland. He is a very polite, helpful, and patient person and he worked through all of the process professionally. I will give them my business again and I highly recommend this Edgewood MD BP location to everyone. Merci encore!

Mable PAlthough I had a 7:00 am reservation and was there a few minutes early the attendant didn't show up until 7:15 am while I was on the phone with UHaul customer service. Then after waiting for him to open the store and turn on the computer reservation system I wasn't able to pull out of this location till after 7:30 am. This made me late for my 8:00 am scheduled appointment. In addition to this the vehicle's check engine light came on as I was pulling out and stayed on during the entire trip. If I needed to in the future I wouldn't return to this facility or rent your products.

Jaclyn SMy checkout experience was horrible. It took close to 45 minutes. The man working kept addressing every other customer that came in the store. My checkout could have been completed in 10 minutes. Even after I received the keys to the vehicle it took another 15 minutes to get the blankets I was renting. The manager was incompetent, rude and oblivious. I will NEVER rent another U-Haul from this location. I would NEVER recommend any rent from this location. The truck had an engine warning light on, which I told them when I returned. They said yeah we know that. The driver's door would not seal properly so for the entire trip I had cold air blowing on me. Apparently when I mentioned this, they were also aware of this. I expect more from U-Haul. This experience was nothing short of horrible.

David OTruck was dirty, windshield and floor. Check engine light stayed on and was told this was normal. Truck rattled like you wouldn't believe.

Enyinnaya NRidiculous how my location was changed after I was told there was a vehicle available in a closer location. Then when I arrived to pick up the vehicle it was not made clear that location didn't have the 24/7 access so after I sat on hold for 20 minutes I went in and got the keys. Then once we got the vehicle it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Never using Uhaul again.

Richard SUnfortunately, the customer service was not good. The man who checked me in, tried to charge me for bringing the truck back with 1/2 of a tank of gas (when I picked up the truck it was at a 1/4 of a tank). They charge me an extra $70 over what the estimate was but did not want to explain.

Debra AWhen I got to the vehicle, the front passenger side tire was low. Almost flat. I informed the shop owner, and he gave me money to fill the tire with air. It allowed me to safely operate the vehicle, but I believe it may still need to be repaired considering how low it was when I first saw it.

Anna MI rent from this location several times a year and the owner is always so nice to me and on top of everything! This time, the truck was brand new (only 950 miles on it!) and it was just such a pleasant experience to drive! You also can't beat the value that you all offer - especially if you don't have much to do or far to go!
