Was to pick a truck up near my house but no keys in lock box. Called and was on the phone for 50 Mins trying to figure out mistake. Nothing wrong on my part but all fault on uhaul. Had to then take 20 mins and 19 extra miles to travel to get uhaul and travel back to return and uhaul said they can’t do anything on extra miles. None of this was my fault but I have to take the hit on everything! Not very good customer service!!!!

First, all the information was submitted on line and had to be inputted at pick even after receiving confirmation that it was updated. Also I had order a Cargo van and there was none available a truck. She was no able to print my contract and receipt and had to be e-mail. The problem is to many glitches with your webside..

No furniture pads after purchased them. also send you terms to your email without telling you. was under impression needed to fill up gas tank. got it with quarter tank and filled it up when done cost 67 bucks no reimbursement. i was told only needed to be what i was given aka a quarter tank.

There was only 1 spot to park the truck, which worked out. I would caution users to make sure it's available before utilizing self checkout service.
