Fix your online experience. I clearly set up a dropoff in Lockhart, TX but the day of dropoff got a text saying I had to drop it off in San Marcos. I dropped it off in Lockhart, and I'd best not be charged any extra. Surely not the pickup location's fault, to be fair.

Angela was amazing! She took great care of me and I will definitely be renting form her again. UHAUL needs to get the crap together. Their website wasn't working, i had to reschedule my pickup time, wasn't made aware that if you are late, your reservation is cancelled. You should make people aware of that. Also, when calling to speak to a person, I shouldn't have to be on hold for 20+ minutes and not have anyone come on the phone to speak to me. I really don't want to hear about how you want reviews for 20 minutes. ANGELA WAS GREAT, UHAUL GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER!!!

Angela was very nice and went the extra mile to be helpful. The site location was not organized...there were cars everywhere since it was a mechanic's shop and everything was parked on the grass with no particular order. The pickup took 1.5 hours and we ended up leaving without the tow dolly and received a refund for it because they didn't have the equipment was not ready for pickup. There was no clear path for the U-Haul to be moved either. Also, the dealer's animals were everywhere unleashed and would rub against you. While sweet, not professional and caused an allergic reaction on my skin. The only positive part of the experience was Angela. She stuck it out and helped the best she could but overall, I would recommend anyone who needs to a U-Haul rental to go to a corporate managed location and not a dealer.

It will be great to have a designated UHaul kiosk or at least a separate room for the employee in that area for the customers instead of using the available space which is actually a part of the car workshop and is very spooky in the first place and clutter all over, please try to provide a specific well maintained space for UHaul trucks and employee to get the transactions done in a very organized and clean matter.

Your mobile truck pickup app didn't work. Waited forty minutes in a blazing hot parking lot for someone to approve me on the app, then said screw it and went into the office. The truck stank like mildew and there was dog hair everywhere. I reserved an appliance dolly but there weren't any onsite, in fact she said she never has any on site. Shit app, shit service, dirty truck. Won't happen again because next time I will just use Turo and rent a truck.

This location was friendly, allowed us to use the facility for overnight storage when our moving plans did not go correctly. They fixed the UHAUL paperwork that was incorrect from the previous location with the trailer numbers and made drop off easy.

Computer where outdated agent kept saying the site was going down had to send me contract after I left with truck. The Truck smelled like rotten milk. She also said we picked up at 9;30 am but by the time we left the store it was after 10am due to her repeated trying to get us checked in.

The inside of the uhaul had mud and dog hair all over the inside, which we were blamed for when returning the truck in Houston. This was eventually settled. The truck had multiple scratches that were not marked or documented before we drove the truck. The pick up location was extremely dirty.

On the day I picked up my u-haul, the truck the location manager said she had ready for me was NOT the one that matched the instructions on my phone. However, she still gave me the key to the truck that did my the instructions on my phone. I paid $10 for a dolly that was NOT in my truck. we never received a dolly. After being on the road, i realized there was not enough gas to make my trip and i was under the impression u-haul was supposed to fill it up enough to get you there. so i paid $20 for gas and kept the receipt. when i dropped it off, the instructions on my phone said that i owed $90 for fuel. however after talking to a worker that was also checking out the truck on her phone, she said she only sees that i owed $28. i was still not okay with paying it but she went ahead and charged my card. a few days later my account was was charged the $90 anyways. i paid $256 for my uhaul order. $10 for a dolly that i never received. i paid $20 for gas to make my trip. i paid $28 for fuel charges upon drop off. i was charged $90 for fuel even after that. i received an email with my receipt and was told i could reply with any questions. i did. i never heard back. i have been on the phone on hold with customer service for 50 minutes. i have pictures of everything. i would like to be contacted immediately. i will not be paying $118 for fuel. that’s almost half of my order total.

First starters, you could return my money to my account... This was the worst rental truck experience I've ever had (not that the others were...) and I move a lot. I knew it was bad the minute I realized the guy I made my intial reservation with never asked some important questions, like were I planned to drop off and things like that. I suddenly felt the need to call and verify what just happened. I called uhaul back and they couldn't confirm anything she says because their system was down, according to the lady on the phone, the system had been down for awhile, WoW! I start to panic because the help I got was taking time out to help me move and they were really strict schedules so I had to be punctual and respectful of that. Not only did uhaul set my pick up back an hour and change the pick up as well as the rate...the location they sent me to wasn't even open when I got their at the time of pick up. The people pulled up blowing the horn as I was about to reach out to uhaul for the second time that morning. She was really nice and I hate it that I have to mention her but after telling her how disappointed and dissatisfied I wa, she then mentioned that whoever book the reservation (with whom she supplied me the name of..) they could've given me the key to some 24hr pick up box. The tank was less then 3/4 she thought that meant I was saying it was less then 1/4 she it turned into an awkward distrust situation after sending some other "friend" of hers to check my finding. Neither knew the difference between quarters...I tried to explain what I was saying until it appeared to me they thought I was trying to cheat some system you guys have as she stated uhaul policies and business practices to me to be clear as to why she had to be accurate. I gave up to let her do her job and to avoid the confrontation. I let her document and state whatever she needed to in order to get moving as I begin to see the frustration my help was starting to display with the whole experience. I figured I would deal with it later. My wife, friends and family insisted that I call to get reimbursed. And this is all before my attempt at dropping the truck off with a trusted Uhaul representative (that never showed up to her office) some mechanic in the same building kept telling me she was on her way, stating she was just in the office and to knock harder. Which one is it??? He then later told me about a drop box on the premises (which was very sketchy like the pick up) I lost to helpers that day to time lost. Well, I've been so busy this last month and with this move...I don't have time for the games I'm sure to have to play with Uhaul, so I just decided I'd have to take that as a loss but never to forget. Like I said I move around a lot and so do a lot of people I know. I've been told of more then a few other options I have, some with level A reviews I got this email asking of my experience with Uhaul. Well, That's my experience in a nutshell w

The rent from phone feature is the worst thing I have ever experienced form a User application. The things that need to be submitted should be pre populated or at least let the user know beforehand!! I have never been so upset. You first have to find the truck. Which means you are walking around looking for it. Once you find it you have to enter so much information! Drivers license, photo, and another person's number!??? How terrible. I had to suffer in 100 degree weather waitnig for someone to answer. I will never use Uhaul again for this service. It's supposed to "save you time" from not having to go inside. Well it sure had the opposite effect. If I could go back I would definitely use another service
