6 x 12 trailers need a tounge jack! They are HEAVY!
GARY KThe truck was perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in the service during pick up. Our time to pick was at 9am. We arrived at 8:50 to fill out the credentials on the app and finished it at 9:02am. There was a sign on the door that said "Back in 30 minutes". Due to this delay we didn't leave the parking lot until 9:25. This set us way behind schedule and made me late for work. Also required me to add more time to our rental, which I had to pay extra for. Using the app to schedule the rental was VERY helpful! However time and money was added to our travels.
Jacquelyn ZOur particular truck had some wheel alignment issues. I was grateful I had someone to drive it for me. Otherwise, the equipment was clean and grateful for good service.
Kat bI had the 26" truck and I was surprised at how well it drove on my 600+ mile trip. Excellent truck and it got the job done. Thank you. Hope not to move again but if I do, I'd definitely check on another truck like this one to do the move.

JOSEPH KI needed a rental on short notice due to water damage at a storage facility. The associate at the Hollister location found me a truck at Edwards rental and reserved for me. I arrived at Edwards to pick up the truck. Sandman was very accommodating! He completed my reservation and reminded me of the steps that I needed to complete to record the appropriate amount of fuel and mileage. Truck was in good shape and served it's purpose. Check out of the reservation was simple and fast. I appreciate Sandman's help during this quick turnaround time! I would recommend this facility!
TERRY DThis location was unbelievable. I returned the trailer to the lot. I parked in a nonspecific location and walked into trailer. There was a guy leaving so I waited for him to come out the door and then I went inside. The guy there did not present a professional appearance nor did he act very helpful. I told him I was there to return the trailer and he said "park it over in front of the other 4x8 and I'll be out in a minute." So I went outside to park the trailer as best I could and then waited. Keep in mind it's 95 degrees, so I wait...after about 10 minutes I went inside of the trailer and there was no one there. this place was a mobile home type trailer and the AC is running full blast because it's so hot outside and no one came out of the back or anything. So I go outside and wait some more. After another 10 minutes or so I go back in and this time he comes out and says "Yeah, can I help you?" ... I'm say "Yes, I am returning the trailer and you said you'd be out to check it in"...He said..."Oh no, just leave it out there, I will check it out later and send you the receipt"... So I kind of expect to have a much better customer service treatment. This was like he didn't want to go out in the heat and wasn't going to. He wanted to stay inside in the dark office with the AC on him. Hopefully it will be a long time before I have to use Uhaul in the future but I will certainly not go to this location to anything if I can help it.

Annette JI was advised to return the u-haul back to this location and it would save me about $30. But when I returned it I was charged an extra 34$, which after contacting them they returned it to me. But I was not discounted any money for driving it back to Branson. I'm glad it helped them out, but don't offer me a discount then not give it.
Jennie RThey are very misleading and i almost scared I rented a small truck four 4 days I was charged $133 00 and drove 800 miles and was quoted 70 cents a mile I was surprised when I returned the truck on time to get a bill to my card for $1 611 they gave me nothing to sign or showed me any contract. They said here is the key by. 00

Jackie OUpon returning the truck two days early, the sign says open from 9 am to 4 pm but upon our arrival before noon the hand written sign says be back at 3 pm.

Robert DThey charged me a $50 cleaning fee after I spend a good amount of time seeping the 26 foot truck trying to make it look perfect. My friend who dropped off the item accidentally left two small food items in the cab and I was charge $50 for next to nothing and when I called to ask why I was charged $50 they told me there were three baby carrots and a bell pepper in the door of the cab, and that they found a few crumbs in the cab. I asked if they could void the $50 for that and they denied me. I will never use that location again for their lack of grace or mercy on me. I was offended they would charge such a ridiculous fee for something so minor when I worked very hard to make sure that truck was clean.

LINDA EThese guys never explained any charges, the uhaul was dirty, and was old, then almost 3 weeks later they charged me an additional 171,25 without my authorization for going over a little on my miles. I will never ever rent from them again. I'm disputing the charges.. they took my car payment money out of my account and now I have no money at all in my account. I never even got a phone call or anything about the charge, nor was I told the per mile over charge. And.. I was never told what time to return the truck I knew it was the next day which I did.. but dang. How unprofessional of them. I am so upset right now.
Angela EI was charged $100 and I was also charged and attempted $36 and the rental was 65. Not sure what's going on here but it does need to be fixed there's no reason why a rental truck with 10 miles should be $150 it doesn't make any sense.

micheal sTruck was clean, but it didn't seem to have much of power going up hills, don't know if that is due to size of the engine or if it needs service. Please check/repair the following issues I discovered during use: The emergency brake release did not immediately work, and when it finally did, it did not completely disengage the brake. I had to press the brake down again, and pull the release several more times before it was completely released. The lanyard for the gas cap is not actually attached to the gas cap.
