The truck smelt like it had most recently been smoked in. There was trash inside the cargo area. It took me four days to get the receipt and two calls to customer service for the contract to be closed out after I returned the vehicle. Rep was nice and pleasant at the location, but didn't seem too concerned about ensuring the truck wasn't good condition or making sure contract was closed and receipt was provided. The gas mileage was not noted properly on the contract either I had to add extra gas that I did not use to offset it.

Maybe offer a discount since I paid 80 bucks for gas to use a broken dirty truck that had needles in under the seat. I have kids. When I called no one offered anything and it's bullshit.

Terrible location. Reserve somewhere else. They aren't even open on time and you can't get a key from the lockbox cause they have them. Go elsewhere.

Took forever to check in and then there was barely any gas do he had to pay $40 for gas which we have never had to do before. Very unimpressed and frankly very disappointed. Might need to look at other options

I rented a truck at your company's website on April 7th, and returned the truck at 7 o'clock that night after filling up the gas. Why was my credit card charged 131,81 yesterday, according to my mileage (I moved nearby ), should be only a few dozen dollars. And when I returned the truck that day, I checked again and again, do I need to do anything? Do you need to check the mileage and fuel gauge? The outlet said no, and would receive specific debit information within three hours. But no debit information was received that day. The deduction information received yesterday was much higher than expected. what is it?

My reservation was for 8:30am. The store employees did not show up until 9:10am. I was offered a $50 credit that I never received

Equipment at this location leaked and there is no hands off service. You should really consider taking your U hauls from here and putting them somewhere else service was unfriendly and slow.

They charge me over some that I didn't use. Never use this location the person work there she told me she didn't know how to fix the charge she told me to call customer service. The charge is supposed to be 29,95 tax and then the mileage I use only 8 mile. I don't why they charge me $165 . Please please can you adjust the price. Merci

I was supposed to get 20 miles for free. I don't think we even put 12 miles in it when we rented it. Why were we charged from mileage? Also insurance was added onto it. We never added it on. If you look at my registration when I reserved it, it shows I declined all of those options. My cell phone was not working so we how do use the girls running the place iPad. Somehow these two items must've got changed and added without our being aware of it. As well we were not able to see the contract before we left. She said just check the box or cold on your phone. Interior was not cleaned in the back of the truck when we got it. We return to clean. We also added work hours obviously I'm over used. And as well, to demonstrate we are being honest, I gave the girl $20 for helping us because my phone was not working correctly. I feel I am titled to a refund out the two listed above issues

When i attempted to return the truck the app kept repeating step 1 i retook the photo and uploaded it a dozen times and I finally got mad enough and gave up lol. Oh and when i opened The cargo area it had a bunch of broken wood and debris about a dust pan full I took a picture but there isn't anywhere to upload it .
