Emma HTruck did not run well at high speed. I thought it had a governor installed. When I dropped off in Forr Worth they said it has no governor. May have had a fuel system problem. Made for a difficult and at times unsafe drive. Otherwise was fine at low speeds. Most of my travel was highway speeds though.

PATRICIA LUhaul truck rental service was at storage facility and were in business transition to eliminating Uhaul truck rental service. The person tending Uhaul truck rentals was not present on pick-up nor drop-off. Storage facility assisting had no Interest in providing service to me. At one point one of the storage facility staff members I needed to wait outside (@ 95 degrees) until Uhaul person got back from making errand. I finally just check out my drop-off on-line. Bad customer service
Rene MI booked a 20 foot but originally wanted a 15. The rep gave me what I wanted, and was exceptionally professional doing so. Merci.

Samir PWhen I went to pick up my vehicle it wasn't ready which put me hours behind for an event. I never caught up, I missed business which means I missed money.
TAQUELA HMileage on vehicle when picked up was 13 ml more than on contract, I received electronically but didn't see until shortly after leaving facility. I immediately called facility and left message informing them. When I returned vehicle I told person at check-in about extra miles and he said he would "see what I can do". When I got final bill I was still charged miles.
