The verification time-out after waiting 1/2hr to get the truck. To then wait all over again. The Tires did not handle the smallest bit of snow w/o traction control hitting. And then to return it, I had to retake pictures of everything 3x as the web and app kept timing-out or refreshing.

Mobile pick up process is frustrating-back of my ID failed to load after so many attempts-had to call customer service and when I dropped off also it wouldn’t allow the mobile drop off process so it charges you an extra $20 to do it the next day when it’s not your fault the system didn’t work.

The keys were not left in the lock box for our Sunday rental. We were on the phone with customer support for an hour troubleshooting and eventually gave up, and when we went to the location the next day, the man at the desk gaslighted us telling us the keys were in the box. I assume he was attempting to cover his mistake in front of his colleagues. It was ridiculous. Also the customer support on the phone on Sunday told us we needed to go back that location for our redo rental so a $50 rental guarantee (described as a credit for our inconvenience) would be available to us. That was not the case. Also ridiculous. I would have much preferred going to another location for the second attempt. Overall the truck was fine but the customer service across the board was not.

Pick up was fairly smooth and truck was clean. Disappointed that this location did not include the items that I had ordered. Made moving more difficult without hand and furniture dollies. U-Haul customer service was fantastic and quick to refund the charges. Would suggest to others going to an actual U-Haul location.

Truck's windshield had bug crap all over it and the fuel wasn't topped up, making it difficult to return with a matching level. The dash sticker re: tow/haul wasn't explained at all causing me to operate the truck in less than an optimal fashion.

I'm confident I parked on the wrong spot to drop off the truck, but there was no other place to park. I did not see any places big enough for the 26ft truck to park. Some actual, larger spots were blocked off by boxes, required you to jump a curb to get to them, and did not seem marked in any way.

Elite Automotive was excellent and provided great customer service. However, I was called the day before by UHaul National and told that the location I rented the truck from was not available and would have to go to this location to get my truck. That is poor customer service in my opinion.

I rented this same truck 6 months ago...and the inside windshield STILL hasn't been cleaned. There's some oily substance right in front of the the driver's vision! GEESH!

If it had been cleaned (especially since it had been stolen prior to our pickup) I probably wouldn’t have found a meth pipe when I went to put my sons car seat in. Pretty disgusted and shocking that your company is so apathetic to drug paraphernalia left in vehicles.

The location had issues with using 2 different credit cards.I returned to Elite uhaul was called and the number was taken of the second card.The original card was attempted to be charged which was declined due to the fact that the funds were in the second card which has yet to be charged

This drop-off location had nearly no space to park the truck. Location was not open at time of return.

I arrived at the location early only to experience problems with the 24-hour check-in service and had to wait until the service agent opened up the door to begin manually checking in. The driver compartment of the truck and the storage areas were absolutely filthy and in unsanitary conditions! Someone even left their COVID mask covering underneath the middle seat. It took my at least an hour to clean and sanitize the truck. Then, Uhaul failed to send me my payment code. This was needed by the movers after their job was completed. I had to call into Uhaul and wait around for 45 minutes until the agent could answer and provide the payment code numbers. This is time that I could have spent driving. I ended up arriving at my destination late and had to pay for an extra day due to the inconvenience of this entire situation. I expect to be compensated.

The app is absolute shit. It took an hour to rent my truck via the app and after 45 minutes of struggling the Uhaul rep determined I needed to complete my transaction in person. That was a horribly infuriating statement as the location I was at did not open that day. After an hour, limited customer service, and restarting the app multiple times I could finally rent the truck. The owner of this rental location ended up showing up because he was driving by on his way to another place, on his day off, and sympathized with us as he hasn't seen the app go well for any of his customers. In end, don't offer the app as a rental option if it doesn't work well, I would have preferred driving to an open location than the irritation of an ill-designed app.

One back tire was flat when we got the truck home so lucky we had an air supply. Also, tell us before about the policy of not filling the gas tank. Someone could run out of gas thinking they had a full tank.

The vehicle was dirty inside in the driver/passenger area and outside...dried up mud so this haul company does not clean their vehicles in between customers. It was definitely not an easy check in....we had to come up with someone other than both of us for the uhaul company to call as a third party(unreasonable)...and we lucked out that the person we listed was actually home to verify. It took us 40 minutes to check in and get the key from the lock box.We were also not told that we needed to fill up the fuel tank to original status and instead understood that the charge per mile would actually cover the fuel fee...so we got charged another $6 for fuel....For this $19,95 rental for 4 hours, we ended up paying nearly $60. The returning of the vehicle was easier. We probably won't use this location or do the rental again without an actual uhaul customer service agent renting it out to us.

Your process of billing screwed up our bank account. Put it in, take it out. We are still not sure we were billed right. I believe we were over billed. Will I use U haul again. Probably not. Would I recommend U Haul to anyone. Doubtful. Highly dissatisfied. The location was great. The people great.

Directions for finding some locations are not always clear to out-of-town people giving directions over the phone.

Everything was great except the drop off of the trailer. Because it was after hours and no one was there I only have the picture I took to prove I dropped it off. It was left in front of the building where I was told to leave it, but anyone could take it after I left. How am I to be confident Uhaul would not say I didn't deliver it and come after me to replace it. If I had not returned it till the next day during business hours their website says I would be charged $20 per hour past my drop off time. This is not a good policy or practice.
