Sherry MartinPick up on 1/2/23 was a nightmare. I was in the eeek Prior, and they didn't tell Me they would be closed. It took 1,5 hours to get key from lock box. Upon return, I had to go to 4 different locations before a location finally took it.

Robert TurleyThe attendant at this location kept insisting that I would need a man to help me haul this equipment. He stated this about ten times as he hitched the equipment - very insulting. Also, though the truck was reliable, it was HOT. With no AC, it blew only hot air the whole trip. With the windows down over eastern OR and WA, it was like being slapped in the face by mother nature (the winds were brutal) but if we tried to roll them up, it became unsafe in the truck (temps would get too high). The heat from the engine could also be felt through the floor so our feet legs were over heating the whole trip. I made the mistake of taking a sandal off and touching the floor and it was burning. The summer is no time for a truck with no AC, especially on a 9 hour drive in 98 degree weather in direct sun. The truck was otherwise reliable and ran well.

LaJohna AlexanderThe on-line reserving was kind of a joke. I looked to find places with a 26' unit available and found one at the Grants Pass location, so I reserved it. 3-4 days later I got a call saying the nearest 26' foot van was in Myrtle Creek which is quite a long way (1+ hours) from my home. Luckily, everything fit in the available 20' unit, but what if it didn't? What is the point of signing up and reserving on-line and then not be able to get what you reserved? Better system needs to be in place. Other than that, the locations and people were very helpful and polite.

Ralph WoodfordBuyer beware: Don't rely on the gas gauge or the guide they give you for how many gallons to put in the tank, to replace the gas back to the original level. The form said to put in 20 gallons to raise the level from empty, back to half full. I put in 20 gallons, and it filled the tank completely. At $3,25/gallon I just gave away $30 of gas to Uhaul, and they don't refund you for returning the truck with extra gas.

glen HumenickThe different location I picked up my trailer rental did not have the two sets of furniture pads I requested so I had to go to this second location for one set of pads. While the clerk was pleasant, when I opened the pads, I found one pad to be very wet and at least two others to be quite damp. Consequently I was not able to use the pads and could not recommend this dealer. . I have requested a refund for the one set of pads from the dealer were I dropped off the trailer and both sets of furniture pads. .
Martin SeyboldOnly problem I had was that the truck smelled like Pot in the back end. They should at least have aired it out. Very strong and not very pleasant. Truck was good, service was good-nice people to work for--need to think about oversight on the smell thing.
