Truck got very/very poor gas millage until we put more gas in it. Good chance the last operator pumped that grade in thats less than 87.

Tim G.Do not confirm a reservation if you don't have the product. I received a trailer for Buffalo NY and was emailed the day before that Mt reservation was updated to Faulkner NY. That qas was 1hr and 23 minutes from my location. It was an extreme inconvenience but I no choice but to go because I was moving my mother out of town the next day.

Tina P.I had an outstanding positive experience with Elite Kreations II. I had initially rented from Elite Kreations, which is also owned by Mr. Reedy. When I showed up to pick up my truck that Saturday morning, I realized that I had reserved it for the wrong date online. He quickly called his second location and within 10 minutes found me another truck without any inconvenience to me. He fixed my error in just a few minutes and was very kind. I would definitely use them again. When I got to the other location 10 minutes later, everything was ready to go and I received the same kind customer service. I definitely recommend them for not only the price, but the outstanding customer service.
