This was an extremely difficult location to find. The signage was very poor, barely noticeable. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant, but didn't know too much about the rental.

The agent at the rental location could have cared less. When I told him I was there to rent a truck his reply was "It's all done on line". I had to find the lock box on my own. The UHaul app failed repeatedly. The error message was can't connect to the network. I couldn't return the truck electronically because the app failed again. I called UHaul for support and was disconnected after a 20 minute wait. I then contacted support via text support. That process was better but frustrating. The windshield on the truck was dirty. With better support all of this would have been a positive experience.

This place is useless. They are the most unhelpful people I have ever met. They made sure to let me know that I was bothering them and go the hell away. I would not send my worst enemy here to rent a truck.

The entire process was very difficult. Website said there was a specific size truck available. Rep called said that was not the case, and she was VERY rude. Instructions for truck rental was awful. Would never ever rent from UHaul again.

The place I rented from was fine overall but U-Haul customer service itself I would probably advise people against I've reached out like four times about getting charged for something that I didn't even get and have not heard back once.. Super frustrated.

Truck was nasty they did not even attempt to clean it. Then tried to chanrge us for having the truck for literally 10 minutes. I will never use uhaul agaij in my life theae guys are complete assholes.

The gas was less than 3/4 a tank and I brought it back over 3/4 but apparently they scammed me and said it was more than what was there and we even confirmed it was less than 3/4 a tank when we walked the vehicle. It's was never discussed prior to me getting in the vehicle so how would they know how much gas it had. And the email says it's estimated not confirmed. So I was told $68 and then got charged $20 more that was not discussed. Will never rent again. Scam scam scam

The vehicle was damaged when we picked it up. The damage was noted so we had no issues returning the vehicle but the damage created a very uncomfortable trip. The front windshield seal had extensive damage. The damage created a very loud noise in the cabin and the trip was 14 hours long. The seal damage also caused water to leak into the cabin during a rainstorm, making it difficult to see through the right side of the windshield

Electronic check in didn't work. The app wanted to use my location information. I allowed this, but the app still wouldn't let me check the truck back in. There should be a way to return the truck after hours if your app doesn't work.

The gas meter was 3/8 not 1/2 tank had to fill more than what it read when I received the vehicle.

When we arrived the vehicles were not checked in and there was a wait due to that. We arrived at 9am and did not get the vehicle until 9:30am. We returned the vehicle at 10:35am the same day. Uhaul called me the next day and notified me that the vehicle was not returned. The dealer did not enter the information of my return until Monday. They put the return time at 1:00pm when I returned it at 10:35am.

I consider it quite a blessing that I stumbled upon this UHaul location by accident .. I have dealt with so many UHaul locations .In my 68 years of life ... from SoCal .. to Central Calif .. to here in the Scottsdale Area . I had a horrible experience with the first U-HAUL I used in the Scottsdale area .. I think it was on Bell Rd .. they actually were hostile .. and rude ., and just horrible .. I was shocked .. then I went to one on Cave Creek Rd in Phoenix .. what a difference .. they were outstanding .. and explained they get all kinds of complaints on the Bell Road location one .. but this one on Cave Creek Rd .. in Cave Creek is so close to the new house I'm in . and they are ...just superb ! Chris who runs the Cave Creek location .. is so efficient.. so friendly .. competent .what a great experience ! . Geena his assistant .. and Cadence .. his other assistant .. could not be more friendly and welcoming and accommodating .. all in all Just a perfect 10 I give them ! Congratulations !
