They were closed, would have been nice if someone had told me they werent going to be there.

Thomas M.No one around at the drop off location. No one answered phone calls. Used the Uhaul app to return equipment. I disconnected the trailer myself and left it on a dirt lot with other Uhaul equipment that was unattended. Non-existent customer service.

Didn't want to wait an hour so I drove the extra miles to drop off at this location. The location was probably the best that can be expected of a sand parking lot.

Clayton S.Locations for pick-up and drop off were AWESOME. However, we are not happy with Uhaul as a company. On our trip to Florida, we paid $146 before taxes for the equipment. Upon trying to rent the equipment to come back home approx 6 days later, Uhaul wanted $550 plus taxes. Same trip, same miles (even though mileage doesn't matter on the car trailer - rental is standard at up to 4 days). We ended up using a different city as the drop off location that was near to us, and it was over $250 still, but better than $550. I don't know what kind of hustle Uhaul is running, but it is not a good way to do business.
