My only suggestion would be to clean the inside cabin a little better. There was sticky liquid inside the cup holders and door pocket by handle upon pick up. Other than that the service was amazing. Quick, easy, friendly and overall made my move super easy! I will definitely stick to using this location.

This is the best customer service I’ve ever received from a U-Haul location, I rented many things from U-Haul and Roger from Emerald Coast Portable Buildings is by far the best!, he’s always attentive and ready to help, now I only rent from him, no need to go anywhere else.

The owner was amazing. This was my second time working with him. Two years ago, when I moved here, I dropped off the truck and just this month when I picked up a truck for what I hope is my final move. Easy to work with and was able to answer all my questions. He even saved me some money with my rental. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

The air-condition didn't work and water leaked through roof getting many boxes wet. Broke items when they fell through bottom of wet box.

I reserved a Dolly and when we got there, none were available for us. The gentleman was very nice and professional, but I would have switched to a different location had I been notified in advance that my reserved Dolly was gone.

It's a small lot, hard to drop off equipment. Recommend have signage to show how to park equipment. The lot is a dirt area, so tracked dirt in my rental truck, had large mud puddles. Called owner he was nice over the phone, but not a clean and well marked location.

Location was fine, easy to navigate so dropped off trailer and did self turn in. They had a lot of equipment available at this location so finding an empty spot took a few minutes but no worries

Truck smelled like smoke. I did an online reservation and the owner didn't even know o was coming. Then he charged me $10 for a coverage fee that I did not ask for or approve. And when I asked why all the extra money he skirted over it and wouldn't explain it, almost like he was trying to get me out of there without noticing. Was not a good experience.
