Getting in there was a little bit of a challenge with the 26' truck. I came right behind another 26' truck with a trailer. It was a tight. The agent there quickly got the customer renting a car trailer off the lot, and sorted out the dual 26' truck challenge. He got me in and expertly backed up the other truck and trailer into the yard. Got me all checked in. Really nice, experienced, and helpful!

Make sure NOTHING is left behind upon returning the rented items. Made the mistake of leaving somethings that were quite important and when I returned to retrieve them, they were missing. Please keep in mind that I never received a call to come get them, nor did I receive a paper receipt or one by email, until I called and asked. Also, my things were left unattended, outside. This site is a one-man operation. I will NOT be recommending this business to anyone I know. NOT A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Get rid of trailers with sliding overhead doors. Head clearance is reduced by 3-6 in. and it creates many headaches.

There is not much you can do when the place is busy and they don't have anyone to greet clients, because everyone is busy. There is not above and beyond service, so it is just above average, because once they were able to get to my needs it was done quickly and professionally.
The dealer where I rented three different times in a row is an excellent dealer have nothing but good things to say about him and would recommend him Highly over any others in the Fort Walton Beach Navarre Mary Esther area, I was very pleased thank you for having such a nice dealer sincerely Bob Towers
